I absolutely LOVE this jersey mikes! The employees are incredibly personable, go above and beyond for their customers and Ryan there is the companies greatest employee of all time! This man not only made my sandwich to perfection but came and delivered it to me when I couldn’t leave work! Ryan not only deserves employee of the month but employee of the year, atleast a 20% raise and an extra week of vacation. Ryan if you read this, you are an absolute saint man. Thank you so much!!

I walked into the Jersey Mike’s at 12133 Royal Point Dr. in Cincinnati OH on November 4th expecting a quick pickup of my mobile order, but what I got was a masterclass in how NOT to run a sandwich shop. Orders were backed up, staff seemed to be completely unorganized and disinterested. After placing the order and driving the 15 minutes to the store, I was initially told that my order had been lost and it would be right up. After an additional 20 minutes, I had to inquire as to what the problem was and I was told that due to further confusion a hot sub had not been made. All in all it took almost 45 minutes to get my order together (30 minutes of that was spent waiting in the store).
By the time I left, I wasn’t just disappointed—I was annoyed that I’d wasted time and money on an experience that should have been simple. Jersey Mike’s may have a reputation for great subs, but on November 4th, they served up nothing but frustration. I would highly recommend, you avoid this particular Jersey Mike's location.

I ordered a gluten free sandwich here for the first time. They have a procedure posted on the wall for what to do when someone orders gluten free. The younger man working was so nice, communicated to me what he had to do (wipe down, wash hands, change gloves) and he communicated down the line to everyone else working that he would make my entire sandwich. It was delicious!!

Great service from gentleman on the slicer during a busy Sunday lunch rush right before bengals game. Got a veggie and he cleaned the slicer regardless of line - speedy service very friendly crew. Good work done the mikes way

What is it about Jersey Mike's that they always have the best employees? I go to this location and the blue ash location all the time. They are so nice and friendly. It's Jersey Mike's so the sandwiches are always the best. But the people there are always great. So nice. Not fake or corporatey at all. Just good people. There are always going to be local delis that have a leg up but Jersey Mike's is the absolute best chain restaurant in the game. This location couldn't be better.
