I am not one to complain, I must say if you can then please visit another location. This one is closest to me and it is a consistent disappointment. I give it a 1 star because between incorrect orders and having to convince the workers to remake food they incorrectly make, it is a waste of money.

I just recently moved to the area. Logan and Jay are absolutely amazing. Each time I go in there, they are, 100 percent, the most professional young adults I have came across in recent times. They always upsell. As a sales manager, I love to see and hear that. They get me for a brownie every time. Always makes me laugh.Kudos to these young men. Give them raise.

After having an awful experience at the Finneytown location, I drove here to get safe food. The workers were at their station, ready to help when I walked in the door. I advised that I have a gluten allergy, and they immediately wiped down their already clean surface to ensure the sandwich would be safe. Great service and great food! I will continue to visit this location!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread and precautions followed to prevent cross contamination.

Poor customer service! I walked in at 8:30pm and the entire staff just looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be walking in. Maybe because they close at 9pm and had already put most ingredients up. No greetings, bad attitude from the girl who made my sandwich and rung me up. She had a terrible disposition and just threw the stuff on my sandwich. I love Jersey Mikes but I’ll never spend my money at this location again! Get it together!!

New Years Eve Stopped in at 5:30pm and sign said closing early at 6:00pm. The (3) Employees working told us when we walked in that store was closed, even though they were making togo orders. Just want Manager to be aware that the employees are turning away customers 30 minutes early when they're staffed.
Placed an order for delivery. Got a sandwich with ingredients that were allergic for my boyfriend. They said they'd refund, remake the sandwich, and deliver it. I called after waiting for an hour for the remade sandwich and they said they couldn't refund and remake it. Will never go to this location again. Incredibly disappointing not getting any food despite being promised after 2 hours. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

Very rude staff, recommended me something then talked to each other about how terrible the combination was going to taste. Don't come to this location unless you want to put up with the worst customer service you can imagine. This place needs all new employees, they obviously do not want to be there.

Don't go to this location unless you want the workers to talk poorly about you and your order right in front of your face. They didn't want to make my sandwich because it had grilled chicken on it so they made jokes while they reluctantly made it (means they had to put more effort in to making the sandwich). The cook was telling the cashier how disgusting my sandwich was right in-front of my face and she replied with "that's going to f*** your stomach up". Once they were done talking about how nasty the sandwich I ordered was they started making racist remarks about the cashiers friends boyfriend. Needless to say I will not be eating this stupid sandwich for fear that it will "**** my stomach up". I will never be going to this location again and I hope corporate sees this review. They need new management/staff for sure.

I just had a cheesesteak delivered that didn't have any cheese or steak on it...like at all... sooo thanks for the soggy bread and onions and peppers I guess?
