The staff used to be very friendly in the past but not so much these days. The sandwiches are smaller. I used to order the giant size #13 but it is now noticeably thinner with less deli meats. The kids making my sandwich were literally throwing the bread around when it fell into the lettuce. Visited this location several times. Food has always been great. Wait times can be a little long when ordering hot sandwiches. Everyone here has always been great and every order is exactly what you expect. Online orders have always been right.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad sandwich from jersey mikes. That being said, today’s sandwich was above and beyond. I came in today (2/20/24) around 12:30 and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The man who made my sandwich had some large tattoos on his forearms and I swear I never saw a more beautiful sandwich being made just for me.
