Edit: Revising my review to 5 stars. Management not only refunded the sub but offered to credit for another one on my next visit. I'm blown away! I've never experienced a business being this kind and responsive.
I would give this Jersey Mike's a solid 5 if you're going in person. It's always been a good experience.
Have to knock off some points due to online ordering. Just recently ordered a Club sub with peppers and got home to find a turkey sub with lettuce. I'm more sad than anything because I love the food 😭
I would highly recommend opening up your food and checking it before you leave if you intend to pick it up.

When I first came around in 7 years and start going there for the first time and go there before work the manager I think name Lex and workers always have beyond great respect and energy and good vibes and good customer service and always fast on order and good conversation. I will always come back

Normally, we have no issues here. Food is typically great. However am giving it a 3/5 as the last few times my family has doordashed, our sandwiches show up with a flood of mayo, and we order subs that dont come with mayo. So just a heads up.
