Edit: Revising my review to 5 stars. Management not only refunded the sub but offered to credit for another one on my next visit. I'm blown away! I've never experienced a business being this kind and responsive.

I would give this Jersey Mike's a solid 5 if you're going in person. It's always been a good experience.

All of the staff is incredibly polite and pleasant. The quality of the subs is consistently great, and the store is always well maintained and clean if you’re eating in. Great location!

When I first came around in 7 years and start going there for the first time and go there before work the manager I think name Lex and workers always have beyond great respect and energy and good vibes and good customer service and always fast on order and good conversation. I will always come back
