The most amazing customer service & delicious sandwiches! I placed a very large catering order that turned out perfectly. The staff was so amazing in communicating with me to help me decide on how much food to order/ what to order. They made the process so easy, everything was ready for me right on time, the amazing staff brought it out to me, and every single sandwich was done exactly right. The owner took the time to follow up with me after the order to make sure I had a great experience. Not to mention everything was delicious. Great work & fantastic staff!!!

9/28/24 about 8pm I’m a dasher the dreadhead black guy and the guy with the faded cut where very rude they didn’t want to make the order I lost out on money train these folks to do there job and stop goofing off the place closed at 9pm they had plenty of time to do the order DoorDash now has a way to pay the merchant directly if the order isn’t found in the system I tried doing that and they both said no bad service

Decided to order from here instead of Penn Station, mainly because it was cheaper, & most people rave about Jersey Mike's. It was disappointing. I ordered Rosemary Parmesean bread for my veggie sub & they gave me plain white bread, which is a HUGE deal because it is literally a veggie sub- it needs extra flavor. The sandwich was stacked high with cheese- too much cheese. There also were barely any veggies at all. It was lacking all around. This was my first & last time ordering from here.

This Jersey Mike’s helped save my best friend’s wedding day! She had ordered sandwiches from a rival sandwich company for the bridal suite as we got ready, but they ran out of bread and couldn’t deliver our order … I placed a last minute huge group order for like 20 subs and we had them within 30 min, and every order was accurate!

Never had a bad sandwich at Jersey Mike's but I ordered the rosemary parmesan bread and ended up getting white. Disappointing when the parmesan bread is special and if I'd rather be healthy and get wheat if I was going to get stuck with generic white bread.

My first time visiting Cincinnati for my son’s away game, I decided to make a stop to the Jersey Mikes. I was greeted upon arrival and everyone had such great manners and hospitality. There was a teenager I think they called him Tay, he was amazing. He made my Kahuna and it was perfect, good manners and personality. He really made my experience a whole lot better and as a teenager I know he has a great future ahead. Thank you guys so much
