My first time visiting Cincinnati for my son’s away game, I decided to make a stop to the Jersey Mikes. I was greeted upon arrival and everyone had such great manners and hospitality. There was a teenager I think they called him Tay, he was amazing. He made my Kahuna and it was perfect, good manners and personality. He really made my experience a whole lot better and as a teenager I know he has a great future ahead. Thank you guys so much

Was easy to find. Was clean. I got fast service.Parking: There is road construction around it so you have to park a couple of blocks away and walk. It's not in a bad area so walking is ok.

When I found out Jersey Mike's was moving in near by I was excited! There's a need for more fast casual restaurants in down town Cincy. I attend on their second day of opening I used a promo code I saw on Facebook to get 2 sandwiches for the price of one. The code worked and the food was great. The day I went there were multiple staff in the restaurant asking how my day was going and conversating. I'm really glad Jersey Mike's decided to open a location downtown. Will be going back.

My coworker went to pick up our other coworkers food. It was wrong, so he took it back and tried to get what he ordered online and they told him he was just trying to get free food and told him he was banned from the store. So that is kinda wild. I wont be there

I worked at J Mike’s for multiple years through college - haven’t had a sandwich this good since. Most locations in Cincy are ran so poorly compared to the standard that is expected.First time in years I received fresh bread for my cheesesteak instead of the leftover bread from yesterday. Perfect amount of ingredients. Pumped they’re doing things right, especially almost in my backyard.
