I called Corporate to complain about how the manager treated me, and there was no response. This just shows how much they’re willing to listen to the customer and not take care of you or listen to your perspective. They’re all about their bottom line and not true responses on how folks may not necessarily be doing the right thing within their establishments or their franchises

Got the 4 square deep dish so over cooked . It was so dry for $20.00 it was terrible Waste of money. Won't order again. They used to be good.

I always order online and never come in store. Today I ordered in store and my experience was amazing. The young lady that rung me up was amazing. She was so happy that it made me happy to be there. I loved everything about my visit and of course my pizza was amazing.

The beeckmont. Ohio location was great , however the location in ky florence needs new employees that how bad and rude those people are in that store
This is my second time coming to this location. The first time we came was our first time eating jets pizza and it was AMAZING!!! The second time we came we drove about 35 minutes just because it was so good the first time and this time was absolutely HORRIBLE!! I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken small pizza and there was no ranch entirely way too much Buffalo sauce to the point I ate one piece and was sweating and the chicken was old. My boyfriend got 2 pepperoni deep dish slices and those were terrible. The cheese looked like it was sitting for a week and reheated. The dough was spongy like as well. I loved it the first time and it’s hard to find good pizza. After this experience we won’t be returning to this location. It states on the box fresh but nothing about our meal was fresh. Super disappointed

LEGENDARY pizza here at Jet's. The only bad experience I had was with their New York style pizza. Hate to give them a negative for that in this review, but I'm going to focus JUST on their 8 corner pizza. Do yourself a favor and get an 8 corner well done with turbo crust. Feel free to thank me later. :) My favorite pizza. No question about it.

Hands down my favorite crispy crust pizza ! Got the 8 Corner sausage pepperoni and crushed it !Crazy thing was I saw a Domino’s pizza employee in there ordering pizza so you know it must be good!

Always friendly & pizza is Delish! Shout out to this location I Ordered 2 large pizzas last night at 850p closing at 9p. I asked if this was too late night and they said no they could accommodate me. Got there at 905p and the pizza's were hot and ready! Thank for your great customer service!
