Pizza is always great. Service wasn't the best this time. Young kid just looked at me with no greeting and no offer of specials. Digital menu board doesn't stay on menu very long before switching to advertisements and they had no paper menus to look at.

I have only had the 2 slice deal pizza and I love it. It's pan pizza, the crust is crisp and flavorful. The sauce is great as well.
It blows my mind that someone can get that nasty of attitude over a cup of ranch. I tried explaining that I selected ranch for my order online and he’s like “Here!” And slams it down on the counter. “One ranch, on me! Have a good one.” And walks away? You’re that mad about 1$ ranch??
I had a similar experience over the phone trying to order pickup at jets in Wyoming. And people were being loud wherever she was. Halfway through the order She kept saying are you there? And I said yes but I’m trying to talk over whoever is yelling in the background. And she hung up on me. Like is this a Cincinnati thing? Leave your problems at home and stop being nasty to customers.

Was very clean. Prices were reasonable for the generous portions of food. The manager was excellent in accommodating his customers. Even offered samples! Amazing! Restroom was clean. Overall a good place to eat except, I found the food rather lacking in flavor and greasy.

I love the fact this Jets disabled the tipping option for carry out orders. Not sure why anyone should feel pressured to tip for carry out orders. I drive further and pass 2 other Jets locations just to go to this one because I know ow my food is always right.
