It's always good. The deep dish has a nice crunch to it and the regular always has a perfect crust. Sometimes they go heavy handed on the sauce but I love it that way!

The Detroit pizza is amazing but what was even better was the service I received from Tracie P.I told her it was my first time there and she was excited about that and walked out from around the counter to walk me through the menu on the wall. Most people these days could care less about helping out and being kind. She helped me place my order in a way that saved me a couple of bucks- the right way a sale should be wrapped up if a first time guest doesn't know the details of the menu and its prices. I wanted to tip but she said she could not accept it. I hope she gets enough good reviews that it impacts her next review and hourly pay increase. She deserves it. In fact I'm going back to try and recruit her to work for my company. ? She should be selling Tesla's, lol.

I order a couple pizzas and put the leftover in the fridge after we ate: less then 12 hours later I ate some the next day for lunch and got terrible food poisoning. Later I smelled it and the cheese went bad. I called them the next day and talked to the manager and he told me my fridge was bad and then hung up on me. I've order there multiple times and never complained before. Terrible customer service.

Update: it would be nice if Jets Pizza would change the pizza industry when it comes to using mushrooms from a can. Can mushrooms taste like chemicals and is very chewy. Would be nice if they can use fresh mushrooms. ?I love Jet's pizza. They always cook my pizza to perfection. I have been having Jet's pizza for years now and I am always satisfied with their customer service and food.
