Recently, I placed an order for an Italian Deli boat that regrettably lacked several toppings, arriving with only lettuce and cheese. Furthermore, I ordered a jet boat that was also missing toppings, and came with salami, despite the fact that salami was not supposed to be on it. The quality of the food was exceptionally poor, and I am profoundly disappointed with the service provided. The establishment should be ashamed to serve such subpar food. They should treat their customers with the same level of respect and attention that they would offer themselves or their family.

This location is horrible!!!!! I ordered an extra latge extra cheeae and got a large plus a personal barely any cheese no flavored crust cinna stix hard and horrible!! Very disappointing!

We still ent nearly$40 on delivery to get the wrong item. We ordered a meat lovers and got black olives. The entire pizza in the trash. Be mindful of what you send people!

Ordered a pizza for pickup. I arrived when it was supposed to be ready. I saw my box in the “warmer”. I was told my order was not ready. Ten minutes later, the front worker grabs the box out of the warmer, adds cold butter to the crust and gave it to me. At this point the pizza was cold. I asked for a refund and they took the pizza and could provide no proof they actually gave me a refund. I have been coming to this jets for years. Never before have they had such attention lacking workers as they do now. They tried to serve me cold pizza. I only have 30 minutes for a lunch break. Driving to jets and then waiting for 10 minutes when my pizza was actually already ready when I got there leaves me with no time to actually eat. This jets does not care about you or your time.
Delivery order. No side of sauce with my bread and pizza was not cut.

Don't get me wrong food was as expected the service was great, the food came out quick but did not taste very good to me. Like not nothing about restaurant but taste like normal pizza ,although the crust underneath was good . It's just pizza to me
