I literally just called to ask about why my refund hadn’t returned yet from an online order that got cancelled for some reason that’s not on my part. They answered my refund question & then hung up before I could ask anything else. I called back to see if I can place an order over the phone instead, they picked up the phone then hung up immediately. Definitely not going to eat from somewhere that’s so rude from the start lol, also wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone else.

These employees are RUDE AS HELL. Attitude, spitting on peoples cars, argumentative. I LOVE Jets pizza but hate this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Never had an issue with the food... Getting it is the problem. Delivery is hit or miss. But don't worry, they still charge you though to later find out your food isn't coming. Then you have to wait until they feel like giving you your $ back. They shouldn't have the option to have food delivered or better yet don't make someone pay if the service your paying for isn't available.

Showed up when my pizza was supposed to be ready, but staff didn’t even check for it — it was already done. Ended up waiting 20 minutes thinking theyd call my name. Only one guy working and his pants were sagging with underwear hanging out. He got into a shouting match with a DoorDash driver so at least i had a show while i waited unnecessarily! They also forgot my ranch and pizza sauce, and the parking lot is a mess. Overall terrible experience.

Recently, I placed an order for an Italian Deli boat that regrettably lacked several toppings, arriving with only lettuce and cheese. Furthermore, I ordered a jet boat that was also missing toppings, and came with salami, despite the fact that salami was not supposed to be on it. The quality of the food was exceptionally poor, and I am profoundly disappointed with the service provided. The establishment should be ashamed to serve such subpar food. They should treat their customers with the same level of respect and attention that they would offer themselves or their family.

This location is horrible!!!!! I ordered an extra latge extra cheeae and got a large plus a personal barely any cheese no flavored crust cinna stix hard and horrible!! Very disappointing!
