The best pizza. The worst run business ever. They never cease to disappoint me. You order, thinking you will finally get jets pizza, then 40 minutes later you get a notification that your order was canceled. Happens time and time again. Truly a love/hate relationship with this company. This has happened with multiple franchises in multiple areas. It’s par for the coarse. That pizza deserves better ownership. Whoever runs these locations couldn’t manage themselves out of a paper bag.

This location used to be great for delivery but this will be the third time our food has taken over two hours to be delivered. One time they left it on the ground and didn’t even call so by the time we realized what had happened it was already covered with ants. Done ordering from this location. Also the last time it was burnt. Just bummed because this used to be a solid place to order from.

Went here today and my pizza was burnt. Asked the man who was working mike to remake the pizza and he went to ask his manager AVERY who was very rude and refused to remake my pizza and made me wait 15mins for a refund! VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER BE BACK! Great customer service jets!
