Hearing that the bartenders only help guys before going in I didn't believe my friends, after sitting at the bar and only being acknowledged when waving the bartender down or if one of the guys next to us needed something I now believe it! It took 20'ish minutes before we were asked for our first and only drink order, I asked for a menu she gave it to me and never came back for me to order anything, another girl came and took the menu from the bar in front of me giving it to a guy down the bar but never asked if I wanted anything or gave me the chance to order. My empty glass sat on the edge of the bar for 45 minutes before we finally waved a bartender down to get our checks, each only having 1 drink on approximately 2 hours due to lack of service! I called, and there was no manager or duty, so I asked for a return call that has yet to happen 3 days later.

We went there because we'd heard their Wednesday special, Taco salads, were awesome. Or waitress didn't know they had a taco salad, asked her to check, what do you know, they do. Okay, maybe she's new. When it came, it was a total disappointment. Large fried bowl, great! Maybe 3 oz of slightly burnt taco beef,a sprinkling of cheese and light sprinkling of shredded lettuce. Someone with us has had their taco salads and get face fell. She said that at lunch it is a very full fried bowl with several side toppings. What a total disappointment! Although I felt our waitress was not very good, I think they have their staff spread out over the whole restaurant, not just one area. They were all running all over... Poor management there.

Came in on Sunday night and my Service was SO bad. The waitress was super nice to the other girl at my table but my Service was horrible. My waiter completely ignored me all evening, took FOREVER for our food to come out and even when i asked her for the few things i needed for my food she completely ignored me and never brought my sause or the salt to the table. She was more concerned with her other tables and the other girl at table. My service was so bad that a different waitress came up to me and asked me if needed anything and i ended up tipping her instead of my server. Our server was quite rude to me and even muttered some pretty racist things when she walked away.I havent been in here to this restaurant in about 3 years and the other night was 100% my last time coming to eatI won't recommend this establishment to anyone. I dont want a coupon or anything just for yall to so better.

Bartender accused me of tipping under 20% when I I tipped over 24% and sent “watch” after me. 200lb men to come after me a 115lb women to approach and threaten me.

Our party was 3 adults & 2 kids. Server seemed in the weeds right from the beginning & it wasn't that busy. She forgot to take the kid's order so we had to hunt her down to get it in. We had to go to the bar for refills on our ice tea and sodas. Server brought 1 adult their full food order and 2nd adult 1/2 their wing order. 10 min later she brought 3rd adult full order & 2nd adult the rest of their order & the 2 kids' orders. Our table was not pre-bussed once. Checks came and they were wrong. We even wrote our orders out for her in the beginning to make it easy on her. I honestly feel bad for her because it was obvious she was having an off night. But please teach your servers full hands going in the kitchen and full hands coming out. A lot less walking back & forth.
