Every employee I spoke to was rude and I will go out of my way to the other store to not visit here again.

I should of read the reviews instead of hoping for the best. I've been in there before, so the previous reviews about the rudeness are correct.
I just ordered again hoping for better, but the location downtown doesn't really meet the standards other locations have set. While the food was edible, it is apparent that items requested are being missed when made and bagging. I understand the whole make it fast thing, but it also needs to be made correct! I would rather receive a sandwich late and correct then on time and incorrect.
I really hope they read this along with the other complaints. It's not fair that the delivery guys tips have to suffer. BTW I dont lower my tip because it's not the delivery persons fault. However it does create a long thought before ordering again.

I work in the building this is attached to so it’s in a very convenient location for lunch, however it gets very busy during lunch, so I place pickups to make things easier on their end. The sandwich I regularly order, I remove tomato and add bacon. Do you know how many times I have paid $2 extra for them to not put bacon on my sandwich? I don’t want to go all the way back downstairs to have them fix it or double check my pick up every time before I go back up to my office. Sometimes I have ordered sides and just not received it. The workers need to READ the order.

Terrible location, when they only delivered half my order (very long after I ordered it) I called and they said they would bring it. An hour goes by and I called again. The person who answered said it never got made but he would hand deliver it himself. Another hour goes by and still never got it. I called and asked that they bring the sandwich and issue a refund and they said no.

I’ve visited many Jimmy John’s locations, but this one is by far the worst. The cashier was very rude. She had trouble understanding my order (she seemed to understand but pretended as if she couldn’t), and I had to repeat it three times. On top of that, I wasn't given the bottle of water I paid for, so I had to ask for it when I picked up my sandwich. Napkins are only provided if you specifically ask, which is inconvenient. The staff didn’t seem to care about customer service at all. I won't be returning to this location.
Subs so slow you'll freak is more like it
Went there twice in last two days of last work week. First time, Thursday, I got told they could not accept more orders for five minutes because they were too backed up. I go there for the "freaky fast" promise, so I left.
Second time, today, the server mixed up my order. The person who messed it up was not there when I came back, but one of the other servers politely fixed it. But who has time for that? Supposed to be fast and not have to make two visits.
On the first visit, they had switched the "unsweet" and "sweet tea" urns, so that you got sweet tea if you poured from the one marked "unsweet." I don't have any health issues triggered by sugary drinks, so no worries there. But it did take some convincing to get the staff to swap it out. Take my word for it, I recognize sweetened tea in the first sip.
Also, when I went back to swap the messed up order, some sketchy looking person was pouring his own drink from the beverage area. I kinda doubt he paid for it, but I waited patiently for him to finish, whereupon he started mumbling vague threats and trying to eyeball me in a threatening manner. Really? I have to make two trips and deal with some idiot off his meds? Um, no. Just no. Have to say, this place is well off my list of options.

Routinely making sandwiches incorrectly, not including condiments, not cutting the sandwich, not including customizations.
Like, what do they even do here? Fire them all lmao.

Used a web order for two Hunter's Clubs. Went to pick them up and both sandwiches had 1 piece of roast beef. Maybe covered a quarter of the sandwich and then had to eat essentially bread with mayo as I don't have time between meetings to get anything new. I also added onions on both as a customization and neither sandwich had onions. Very upset paying $18 for bread and two total pieces of roast beef.....
