Ordered online, 20 mins went by and no progress on the order. Went to check on it in person and the only employee hadn’t even started it. Manager was off somewhere doing who knows, when she came to refund my order she was rude and didn’t even let me know when it was resolved. So whoever the manager on duty was for 12.16.25 @8pm, she lost you guys a customer and earned this review. Additionally, she brought her ramen into the area where all the other food was and began putting her seasoning packet in near everything.

If you are looking for the new toasted subs,then skip this location. They don't toast anything. i couldn't even get my cheese slightly melted on my sandwich. Food was ok but disappointing after attending a function in Cincy,I am from Columbus,that I couldn't get a new toasted sandwich that is on the website.

Someone tipped themselves $10 when I ordered a chicken wrap and the wrap was freaking disgusting!!! I should've called the police and pressed charges 😡 the manager gave me my 10 dollars back and also showed me an envelope full of receipts with self tipped $10 tips on them that he said the black girl that rung my order up was tipping herself but he didn't find anything suspicious about that when giving her all of that money at the end of the day??? I feel like he was in on it but let her that the blame for it. I need to contact someone from corporate about this!

The food is great when it is correct. This location just seems to struggle with having orders done in a timely manner. I almost always order ahead online, but lately maybe one out of three times the order is ready when I get there...and I'm not rushing to get there.

Five minutes after ordering, I get a call — no intro, no name, nothing — just someone saying “we don’t got no delivery driver.” I had to guess it was Jimmy John’s. I said “okay,” and the guy follows up with “whatchu wanna do?” — like I’m somehow inconveniencing him. I told him to just cancel it, and he immediately hung up without confirming anything.

Turns out, they didn’t cancel it, and I was still charged the full amount. No refund, no follow-up, no nothing. Not only was this guy beyond rude, the way the whole thing was handled makes it clear they don’t care about basic service or accountability. Manager gets to be lazy and try and steal from people without repercussions.

No delivery driver during lunch, ordered through door dash and had to wait for over 30 minutes for the food. The driver even left and another reassigned driver still had to sit and wait for 15 minutes for the employee to get done eating before they made my food. Definitely not “Jimmy John fast.”

Wish I could put negative stars. Place an online order? Want freaky fast service? Go somewhere else. Placed an online order, after 20 minutes I went to the store to see if it was ready (as this location NEVER confirms on the app) just to wait over an hour while countless orders are being made ahead of me. Meanwhile during the lunch rush, all three employees and what seems to be the manager have NO sense of urgency. Constantly joking around while customers are waiting for who knows how long. Constantly running out of prepped items for various entrees. Not sure how this place is still in business after witnessing 30+ people walk in them right back out because of how slowly & poorly ran this business is.

Do better, this is making the Jimmy John’s brand look horrible

Ive had acceptable experiences, but the last two times have been pretty bad. Both times the bread has been either stale or overcooked and items are usually missing from my orders. Just go to jersey Mike's, they're a lot better

Did you guys change your hours? I walked in around 5:30 to get an early supper, and the woman said she was just getting ready to lock up. I was passing by about 20 minutes after I left, and the place was shut down.

Always out of things half the ingredients or bread or soft drinks. Never have a sign up, you have to wait in line and wait until you are up to find out you wasted your time.
Bread is often over dry, when they have it.
Try The Banks location.

I recently was put on a very restrictive diet and i forgot my lunch at home. I came into this JJ and asked for an 8” just veggies sandwich with mustard. They seemed a bit surprised but they made it! I was so happy and it tasted great! I’ll be back!

One person started making my sandwiches then another guy walks in having a massive cough attack. Then for whatever reason the dude coughing tags in to finish the sandwiches WHILE STILL COUGHING. Neither of them even acknowledge this. Disgusting had to throw the sandwiches out.
