Do NOT go here. I got a sandwich and it wasn’t cold at all, then for the next day, I had a really bad stomachache and cramps. I think the meat was bad or not cold enough.

If you want about a pound of mayonnaise on your sandwich, definitely visit this location. Then when you report the disgusting amount of mayonnaise on your sandwich, they will offer to give you a store credit. Gross. This location is foul.

I came into this location today to grab lunch with my daughters. My oldest is kinda picky so she wanted to substitute the turkey for salami, but I was told they couldn’t do customizations on any sandwich. I was told that they come as they are. I’ve been to multiple other Jimmy John’s in the past and have never been treated the way I was today. I will never return to this location.

They didn’t have any bread and I had to wait a half an hour. Dude behind the counter kept grabbing his crotch.
I’m in food and understand the bread situation, but the dude needs to not be touching himself on the job.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and they were both the worst I have ever had at a jimmy Jon's I ordered a Turkey tom the little Jon and it was on a larger bun with hardly and meat or lettuce and I asked for oil and vinegar and got none this was the most bland sandwich ever and my husband's was not any better I will not eat at subway but with type of food for what we paid I probably won't go to this location again but the chips were great 👍

I went into the Jimmy John's location on Vandercar Way on 12/27/2024. The manager was very pleasant she accommodated my sandwich request from french bread to a wrap. The tuna was very tasty and wasn't to salty like the Norwood location. I also appreciated the customer service and the cleanness of the restaurant I'll definitely return.

This location is a joke. I have ordered delivery on the app from this location a couple of times now and each time I’ve had a problem! It takes at least 45 minutes to arrive to my location, causing me to miss my lunch break (even though I placed the order early) and not all of my items get delivered. When I called to talk to someone all they wanted to do was take my name and phone number so they could give me a credit for my missing items. How am I supposed to trust that I’ll receive a credit next time? I am done with this location and will support other locations when I want JJ’s.

Twice they quoted a 15-20 minute delivery time. The first time it took an hour and 20 minutes and the second they never delivered. The manager was very rude when I called, said she would call me Tyback and never did, would not refund me when I never got my order!!! I called the next day and she still would not speak to me. Also there was more bread than ingredients on the one sub I did get.

It gets two stars ONLY because of the long suffering staff that truly try to make the best out of the undesirable conditions the manager/owner of the store puts them in. The place either doesn’t have a toaster oven to toast your subs or the owner Kevin refuses to allow the employees to use it! I’ve been here many times and the turnover is high because of the conditions. I truly admire the hardworking people that continue to work here under these conditions. They do such a great job with their awesome personalities to make up for all of the defects caused by the owner Kevin.

I can’t believe a business owner would treat employees this way when it’s already hard to get people to work traditional jobs bc there are SO many options. Do better Kevin!!!!
