Placed a delivery order, order arrived 50 min after I placed the order. Bag had been opened, sandwich was soggy and pickle half eaten. I called the store, the person who answered the phone seemed sympathetic and agreed that was weird and said a manger would call me back. No call from anyone. This will be my last order with this JJ. Very disappointed and disgusted.

AVOID – Belongs on Saturday Night Live
I did not realize that Jimmy John’s is primarily a franchise, which means every location is distinct. Most of them follow the same guidelines. NOT THIS ONE!
I order a Beach Club, which comes with turkey, double cheese, tomato, cucumber and iceburg lettice. I tell them hold the lettics and give me double meat. This initiates a 5 minute exchange (seriously) to clarify my request. How many slices do I mean by double meat? It already comes with double cheese. Do I want double, double cheese? Triple cheese? Sigh. Since I have a lifetime of professional writing expereince, I am pretty sure I am being clear.
I finlly tell them to just make it and they do. But they never ask me if I want any other vegetable. That’s when I find out they charge for everything additional, even onions or peppers. Then I dicover they only have five vegetables. The cucumbers and tomatoes are sliced like paper so I essentially have a meat and cheese sandwich.
Add to that, the counter is covered by a stainless barrier so I cannot see them making my sandwich. What are they hiding? Am I not allowed to have any input?
All the while, the manager is sweeping the floor, undoubtedly raising dust in the air as my lunch is being prepared. If this was the last reastaurant open, I would go to a soup kitchen.
There are reasons why these people have the lowest Google rating of any Jimmy John's in the Cinci area.

I did a mobile order for an unwich - a lot of times at other restaurants, lettuce wrapped items can get pretty messy while eating, but that was not the case here! The unwich was wrapped very nicely, and it seemed to even have the same amount of fillings as the regular sandwich. The service was also very quick (it didn’t seem to be busy at the time I ordered though). I would definitely order again from here

If you want about a pound of mayonnaise on your sandwich, definitely visit this location. Then when you report the disgusting amount of mayonnaise on your sandwich, they will offer to give you a store credit. Gross. This location is foul.

I came into this location today to grab lunch with my daughters. My oldest is kinda picky so she wanted to substitute the turkey for salami, but I was told they couldn’t do customizations on any sandwich. I was told that they come as they are. I’ve been to multiple other Jimmy John’s in the past and have never been treated the way I was today. I will never return to this location.
They didn’t have any bread and I had to wait a half an hour. Dude behind the counter kept grabbing his crotch. I’m in food and understand the bread situation, but the dude needs to not be touching himself on the job.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and they were both the worst I have ever had at a jimmy Jon's I ordered a Turkey tom the little Jon and it was on a larger bun with hardly and meat or lettuce and I asked for oil and vinegar and got none this was the most bland sandwich ever and my husband's was not any better I will not eat at subway but with type of food for what we paid I probably won't go to this location again but the chips were great 👍

I went into the Jimmy John's location on Vandercar Way on 12/27/2024. The manager was very pleasant she accommodated my sandwich request from french bread to a wrap. The tuna was very tasty and wasn't to salty like the Norwood location. I also appreciated the customer service and the cleanness of the restaurant I'll definitely return.

This location is a joke. I have ordered delivery on the app from this location a couple of times now and each time I’ve had a problem! It takes at least 45 minutes to arrive to my location, causing me to miss my lunch break (even though I placed the order early) and not all of my items get delivered. When I called to talk to someone all they wanted to do was take my name and phone number so they could give me a credit for my missing items. How am I supposed to trust that I’ll receive a credit next time? I am done with this location and will support other locations when I want JJ’s.
