Boy do I have a story for you. My wife and I tried to quietly enjoy a sandwich together after a nice evening downtown. Come 8:50 (they close at 9:00) they turned the lights off and yelled they were closing. We said it would be nice if they approached us and said they’d be closing soon and asked us to finish up. Instead we got in a verbal altercation with the staff who said they had things to get to and threatened us if we didn’t leave (still before 9:00). Will never visit this establishment again and I hope management acts swiftly to ensure others don’t have the same experience

The workers here are miserable and clearly want you to be as well. Truly some of the most unhelpful and unenthusiastic employees I’ve ever encountered. After receiving my sandwich (in an amount of time than cannot be described as “freaky fast”) I unwrapped it and was immediately greeted by a long black hair on the sub. When I immediately pointed it out to the employee he tried to imply that it was my own hair that I had placed there. Because that’s a totally normal thing that I would do?? Also my hair is short and not black. The guy did end up remaking the sandwich but had a terrible attitude the whole time. It was honestly a shockingly bad experience and left a bad taste in my mouth. Next time I’ll just go to the Jersey Mike’s a few blocks north.

They want to fire me because I here at the hospital with my son who has kidney failure then to come in for a hour or two and then get sent home so they can keep the hours. Since I start there I have not worked a full or got a full 20 hours cause they always want me to leave early. So they can keep all the hours. Sadly I know for a fact as a manager/ GM they are not supposed to treat their employees like that. I'm very upset at the out come if I can't speak with the big owner about this city hall will be getting contact about this matter

Made my order wrong twice, and when I questioned nicely, the staff was very rude and impatient. They just don’t seem to know what they are doing. Oh they also made me wait 20 more minutes

I’ve eaten here multiple times, always got it to go. Unfortunately I decided to eat in today - the amount of gnats that were on my food on every where else was very unpleasant. I was fighting gnats more than I was eating. Gross experience.

This has to be the rudest experience I have encountered. Upon entering the establishment, the employee started yelling at me that there were no public restrooms. I told her I just wanted to wash my hands and then I would place an order.
Afterwards, I placed my order. My other 6 coworkers came in to do the same. She started yelling rudely again to all of them, "no public restrooms". Her attitude was so rude they didn't even bother ordering. Jimmy John's missed out on 6 additional sales. I will NEVER eat there again.

You can place an order online but they don’t tell you you still have to wait in the line with everyone else??? No refunds when you find this out of course

I go to Jimmy John’s probably once a month. I stopped by this franchise to get my regular, the #9 with extra hot peppers.I took my sandwich out to the patio to eat it and my order was wrong. I went back and asked if they could fix it. They said, “No, once we give you the sandwich it’s done.” I tried to talk to the cashier who rang me up and the woman who talked to me said, “No, I am the general manager, she’s not going to fix your sandwich.”This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at any Jimmy John’s and one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
