I go to Jimmy John’s probably once a month. I stopped by this franchise to get my regular, the #9 with extra hot peppers.I took my sandwich out to the patio to eat it and my order was wrong. I went back and asked if they could fix it. They said, “No, once we give you the sandwich it’s done.” I tried to talk to the cashier who rang me up and the woman who talked to me said, “No, I am the general manager, she’s not going to fix your sandwich.”This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at any Jimmy John’s and one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

There were 3 people working. One person was watching a movie on their phone next to the cold table not working at all. While I was eating I watched a guy pull his show off and touch his BARE FOOT in his gloves. Another guy grabbed the winded to clean tables also with his gloves on. I will never ever be back. Disgusting.

**Updating this review to say that the next time I ordered the same exact order (today) they forgot chips again. 09/27/23I’ve ordered from here probably 30 or so times now…I’d say 20 of those times there is something wrong with my order. I just ordered today, they took 2 hours to deliver, and forgot my chips. “Freaky Slow and Forget Half Your Order.” The chips not being there is on the workers, but the timing is an owner issue. Hire more delivery drivers during the day.

The the new “manager” is very discriminatory. The location smelled of Mary Jane, he’s an issue. A sandwich was not served.

The staff was rude and unprofessional, my husband ordered two sandwiches, one plain and the other with everything. My husband is allergic to tomatoes and mayo and when I went back in there, the "manager" stated her name was Teressa, was so rude. Who proceeded to tell me my husband ordered everything on his sandwich which I know everywhere we go he makes it very clear that he's allergic which most people do but instead of just remaking the sandwich, she wanted to go back and forth with me. We will not be back.

I love jimmy johns, and will never order it again. I came in only to use the bathroom .. everywhere else was busy except this location, only bathroom in sight. Bathroom had a sign saying not a public bathroom which is off putting as is but upon walking out of the restroom one of the employees told me it wasn't a public bathroom and that I needed to either buy something or she'd call the police. So I was forced to buy a drink, when I was gonna actually order food. Not to mention the jimmy johns sauce cup that was left in the bathroom with marijuana in it just chilling.

Absolutely humiliating! The lady working the line was YELLING at me about the cup of WATERR in a Dora cup as I was on my phone on a work call. Which by the way wasn’t even my cup. Since I was on a work call I was obviously to her screaming at me till the Police officer tapped me. By the time I looked up the entire store of people were looking at me, WOW! Get some tact! Learn some guest service.had she walked up to me and said something politely about the cup, this could have easily and discretely rectified.

Had a large group order for almost 30 high school students and this location did a great job executing this for us! Ordering was easy, everything was prepared when we arrived, all orders were correct, and the food was great!
Waited 30 min before they told us they were out of chicken. I watched the man behind the counter make 3 sandwiches in approximately 5 minutes. People cancelled orders in front of us. Patrons left the line. People with every intention of giving this business their money said to hell with it or asked for refunds.Start from scratch with the staff. None of them on duty at 6pm on 7/14 are doing this business any justice.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I have had 3 separate situations where my delivery order has been almost 2 hours late! I should have learned my lesson after the 2nd time, but I know places have been short staffed lately. After the 3rd time I thought maybe it was just a delivery issue with not having enough drivers, but when I walked in to get a sandwich I was forced to wait 20 minutes just for them to tell me they couldn't take orders in person yet because they needed to finish online orders! Staff was very rude.

Absolutely horrible service. I am visiting from out of state and decided I wanted to order somewhere else while my friend waited for his food that took over 30 minutes to come out. The manager of this store was very Rude and told me I couldn't wait for my friend since I didn't order anything for myself. Even tho he did. She kicked me out and even threatened to become physical while I was figuring out where I would go to wait for him. I decided to be the bigger person and just walked out to avoid confrontation. She was very rude.
