Clearly all the workers there slow how twice I’ve gotten food from y’all and you can’t be considerate by calling me to tell me y’all have no sweet tea so y’all just decide to give me whatever drink on top of that when I ask for mayonnaise on my sandwich I never get it plus when it get delivered to me you’ll put 1,000 napkins in my bag but no packets of mayo I’m done won’t be back

This location gets a 3.2 for a reason. We love JJ, but they mess up our order more often than not. I came in today and got a spicy Italian unwich. I paid to add extra Vito meat and to add bacon. The sandwich (with just chips) was over $13. They didn't add the bacon, and not only did they not add extra Vito meat, but they didn't even put the normal amount of meat. It was the smallest sandwich I've ever seen. It was gone in about four bites. It was already getting hard to keep paying so much for sandwiches, but after all of these mistakes, why bother.

Food was great delivered on time, the driver i think his name was james was very cool and friendly but i recently went up there they said he wasn't there anymore now they idk it just doesn't feel the same

Don't eat here. I've spent so much money at this place i got cool with one of the delivery drivers... he's gone, everything's changed up. Used to be so good now I don't even get what I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. It will be a complete waste of money and total disappointment. One mistake is one thing but 3 times in a row... shame on me at this point. You need to hire new staff or something cuz they either can't read or just don't care at all. I've even paid for extras like cheese bacon and all and got none of it but charged for it. They won't answer the phone and through email contact I just got an apology letter. Legit don't waste your time and money. Let me know when things change.

Stopped in for lunch the other day, like I do once a week. A guy I’ve seen here before, though it’s been a while helped me. He was very rude and the place looked gross. Bread was hard, like it was overcooked and the food felt like it was room temperature, if not warmer.
I tried calling, nobody answered and when I came in to complain, I talked to the same guy and got a “sucks to be you,” response. I’m done with this location. It started to get better for a while, now back downhill. I’ll take the extra 5 minute drive to the location on the other side of campus.

If you like Jimmy John's do not go to this one on Calhoun Street On June 17th 2024 I decided I wanted a sub sandwich so I decided to go to this Jimmy John's and I had a horrible experience the counter where they make the sandwiches was dirty the person (white male with tattoos on his face and missing teeth) who was making my sandwich act like he didn't want to wash his hands after touching a tablet and other surfaces anyway after he washes his hands he proceeds to make my sandwich and then I asked him to change the letters because the letters was almost empty and it looked like it's been sitting there for a while the same thing with the tomatoes and when I ask questions he act like he had an attitude I can guarantee you this I will never go back to the store they need to hire a new people or get someone in there who actually cares and can assist the store getting back on track I should have listened to the reviews and just went to Subway

Walk in the store had a horrible smell customer service was a 0 he gave me bread that was already out and was hard explain to the worker about gloves being put on Properly he look at me like whatever. This was my first and last time eating at jimmy John’s what a disappointment and I did not even get a bag to put my food in and I was walking to work
