Placed a catering order here a whole 24 hours in advance and when it was time to go pick it up they had told me they hadn’t even started the order while the whole restaurant was empty. I was told to come back an hour after scheduled time! They had no explanation as to why it hadn’t been started or anything! Terrible experience, will never order from here again.

He rushed through it like he didn’t care, and then he made the sandwich and not offer me a bag to go.just handed it to me I had to asked for a to go bag the employee had a attitude !!! like he didn’t had no training

Owners note that the black JJ letters dye leaks from the wrap paper into the unwhiches (the lettuce wraps) (specifically into the lettuce), which can become toxic with continued exposure. People don't want to eat dye, especially because microplastic toxicity is becoming more common through food and fast food containers, so please change your wrapping paper and spare your custoners potential cancer and disease.Thank you.

They don’t answer the phone! The food and service is horrible, taking hours to deliver 2 sandwiches is absolutely ridiculous. They must be playing with there jimmy’s because this is the worst John experience!

This is twice in a row that my sandwich has taken over an hour to be delivered. This most recent order has actually been over 2 HOURS! It’s one sandwich and I live 0.3 miles away. I truly am not one to complain most of the time but this is ridiculous. Freaky Fast may be the worst exaggeration in the food industry, and this JJ’s needs to close down.

for the 3rd time, i have gotten my sandwich wrong. I have ordered it slim all times, and every time I get everything on it when I have said multiple times in the order, that I want it slim. employees do not listen and are very disrespectful.Dietary restrictions: allergic to tomatoes, tomatoes have been on the sandwich every time.

My bread was days old and stale. It looked to be molding. Very disappointed in the Calhoun Jimmy Johns!
It's actually really good. A tad pricey compared to that other SUB place WAY down the street in so de the gas station. . But , you pay for you get. !

If you think about going here, don't. Nasty employees and a filthy store. I told them there was no soap in the women's bathroom. The two employees, one short reddish tint haired Hispanic and super nasty cowboy hat wearing 12 yo looking boy laughed at me and then recruited two AA men at the end of the counter to also laugh at my no soap comment. Initially, Hispanic girl was too busy complaining about the owners to get my order right. She was saying she told them how hot it was in there and they called her dramatic. She then went on about how filthy the place is and in ill repair. She also went on about 'the damn customers'. . Cowboy hung up and exclaimed, " stupid fing people! Why don't they use the app?" I said, that's why you have a phone. Maybe they are old and don't know how. Maybe they don't want to enter their CC info. Again, they all laughed at me. I wanted my $$ back to no avail. $22 for a wrap and regular sandwich later I got the hell out of that he'll hole. The owner should clean house and start over. Btw, the huge delivery driver came in and joined the band wagon on complaining about the customer and the owners. Nightmare! PS. I threw away 3/4 of the sand which. Bread was stale. Wrap was evidently pitched also. Meat looked grey and was Luke warm. Disgusting.
