Ordered delivery. Entire order was wrong. Freaky fast cause they only use half the ingredients.

2 stars instead of 1, cause dining in at least gets my order correct. Don’t expect anyone too friendly or nice though.

They NEVER put enough meat on the sandwich. I get bread and 90% lettuce. Clown workers couldn’t care less. Rude and dismissive. Literally 2 small pieces of turkey. Terrible establishment

Terrible experience. Employees stated she never opened, therefore did not make bread for kids meals. So reluctantly we got them big sandwiches, not sure why she wouldn’t just cut us smaller ones?

Ordered drinks, and head over to get our tea, but none had been made all day. No apologies, no offer of a refund.

Employee keep saying she was busy and hadn’t gotten around to it, but they sure had time to sit around watching football.

I went for my lunch break to get my favorite sandwich which is the Beach club. But when I sat down to eat they did not put avocado or turkey on my sandwich!! That’s the best part. I’m very disappointed and I feel like this location gets a lot of orders wrong.

I gave one star for everything due to the fact me and my family TRIED to eat at this location yesterday an upon walking into the store there were two employees just sitting on their phones not really caring who walked in (I am assuming this due to looks on their faces) me an my husband were blandly told “we out of bread” again wouldn’t be a issue if they didn’t actually make the bread in house which they do here. It’s a sandwich place how do you not have bread? Also it seems like more times than not the store has a lot of flies flying around and the a/c seems to always be going out too. I live close to this location but would honesty travel to a different location as this one isn’t even worth the disappointment.

Horrendous delivery experience now multiple times. Simple 2-3 sandwiches taking over an hour for delivery, even though it states the driver is out for delivery for half that time. Not sure what happened to this place but I’ll never do business at this location again.

UPDATE: And they forgot the chips and mayo!! Incredible

On 2 separate occasions, I did not get my order & they did NOT process the refund as they said they would each time I called to complain the charge was still listed.
First time was through door dash, so I figured that might have been the issue. I started only ordering directly from JJ's site.

This last time it happened is the last straw with this restaurant. I'm starting to think it's a scam with the employees & I will never order again. Other reviews with similar experiences confirms possible scam.
My order was from July 5th, order number 27994061216448514.
I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I think the employees are running a scam. Will NOT be ordering from this location as I've had 2 orders that never arrived & had to dispute charges with the credit card company. Store said they processed credit, but it never goes through. I think they are keeping the refund & taking it as cash. I wrote a review on Googlewhich included the details & order number. the owner replied stating to leave feedback through their website so they can further research, did that & was told by corporate I would need to work with the owner. doesn't sound like the owner cares and just wants to brush you off knowing corporate can't help. Never in my life dealt with such an unethical restaurant.

I ordered over an hour ago and still haven’t received my food. I knew I made a mistake right after I ordered because I suddenly remembered that the last time my boyfriend ordered from this location, it took over 4 hours for him to get his food. And that was only after he called after 2 hours to check on his order and he was cussed out on the phone and told they didn’t have any delivery drivers right now.I called after 45 minutes and the child who answered the phone could barely be bothered to say hello or open her mouth enough to speak to me. When I asked her why there was no longer tracking on my order she sighed and made some cagey comment about how that happens sometimes, but don’t worry about it because they’re just now delivering all the orders, and it will probably be here soon. When I asked her to check, she said “I’M BUSY.” I asked if someone else could check and she said something about how they all were.This location needs to be shut down.I already left my feedback on your website, so no need for your little canned response that’s not helpful at all.
