Waited almost 3 hours for a sub that never came. Called the store and was told they were understaffed and busy. I can understand that but if it is taking that long the first thing should be to offer refund and cancel order instead of saying food will be on its way multiple times when called.

just wanted to leave some kind words for amanda, she helped me so much with my dads order after there was a small mishap, she made it right quickly and so politely! give her a raise :) also the food was fresh and delicious!

I'm really surprised by the reviews I read from this location. I actually have been getting lunch here for the last 3 months since I started working at the office behind it. Today I decided to write a review for giving such great service every time I've been there. Both young men there tonight were working extra hard trying to fill orders, answer the phone, and make deliveries. They were also pleasent to the other customers in line ahead of me (they were busy). Visit was on 10/12 at 5:53pm, these team members are keepers.

I walked in to grab a sandwich and they said they were short staffed and only taking online orders even though there's three people there working it looked to me like they simply don't know how to organize their staff because how can you make sandwiches for people ordering online but you're telling people walking in your closed

Incredibly rude staff. I asked whether they had misplaced my order after 15 minute wait, and staff had filled several orders behind me in line. Was lectured in front of the other customers that they make sandwiches in the order they want. No thanks - lots of other sandwich places in the area.

Very rude. Did not have drink that i requested multiple times and are very rude. They decided for themselves that they deserve a tip and circled on my receipt where i didn't give a tip and said "very kind, thanks" with a smiley face drawn on. tips are earned and like many others have stated they deserve 0 stars. Unprofessional and childish. Will not be back.

As a former worker of JJ’s I feel I can justifiably leave this location a one star review. Delivered my sandwich 30 minutes late on a scheduled delivery. Sandwich was haphazardly thrown together without following any directions. Order from somewhere else.

They stole my money and never dropped my order and then they will not answer there phones terrible service and staff don’t wast your time

People that answer the phone are not pleasant when you call to tell them that they forgot multiple items in your order after the freaky fast 45 minute delivery. There is only one delivery driver that actually gets my order correct but the rest of them are awful. I feel it should be pretty easy to look at a reciept and make sure all items in the bag match but i guess that is just my opinion.

I constantly am disappointed in this franchise. Last time my bread was hard as a rock and this time my unwhich looked like lettuce with turkey was just thrown on it and about half the size at a typical unwhich. I wish I had another dietary option around this area because I would stop going here all together. And this wasn’t a short staffing issue there were 4 employees standing around talking when I walked in to pick up my order
