Huge lack of service. I’ve been denied service now twice during open business hours, more than 15 minutes before to close. The first instance this occurred the door was locked, could’ve been short staff. Although tonight I walked in and the worker at the register stood on their phone and didn’t say anything until asked if they were still open. When asked we were told they were closed. It was 8:43 PM when they are scheduled to close at 9:00 PM. All food was packed up and the workers were unprepared and unable to provide service. It’s a shame this is the epitome of customer service nowadays.

I work right next door to this place and every time I go I'm to buy myself a lunch the staff are always just amazing to talk to and so helpful in deciding what to get on any given day.

The workers at this Jimmy John’s restaurant are top-notch. However, the lack of air conditioning inside the restaurant was terrible. I’m not sure how you expect people to work in those conditions and or have customers eat-in at your restaurant? It was so hot while I waited on my food it was making me sick. (Poor employees) hotter inside than it is outside , they did however have some room size Air Conditioning units putting out the same amount of cold air out the front with HOT air blowing out the Back!

It's maybe only a third of the time that they get the orders correct. Apparently adding onions, or mustard, or mayo, to a sandwich is too hard, both tonight and several other times. And the workers weren't busy, they were just sitting there on their phones.Let alone the time that we ordered delivery, and they just didn't bother to let us know they didn't have a driver. The order just sat there for 20 minutes until we called and found out, then another 15 while we picked it up and brought it home.Do better guys. Because at this rate, I'll go elsewhere, and tell anyone else to do so as well. As opposed to wasting your money and time.

Ordered a #5 Vito. This sandwich does not come with mayo. They added mayo. This happens often. It’s one thing to mess up a special order, but Jimmy John’s consistently cannot even get their own menu items correct. The cashier was nice.

The state of carry out in our country is in crisis. I get that…But the reality is you can’t be on your phone for a personal call, making sandwiches, mess the order up, take too long, and expect someone to pay $31.00 and be happy about it.There’s a reason no one was in there while the Chipotle and Chik Fi La next doors are slammed.No one wants to pay for over priced subpar food and especially subpar service.
