It's maybe only a third of the time that they get the orders correct. Apparently adding onions, or mustard, or mayo, to a sandwich is too hard, both tonight and several other times. And the workers weren't busy, they were just sitting there on their phones.Let alone the time that we ordered delivery, and they just didn't bother to let us know they didn't have a driver. The order just sat there for 20 minutes until we called and found out, then another 15 while we picked it up and brought it home.Do better guys. Because at this rate, I'll go elsewhere, and tell anyone else to do so as well. As opposed to wasting your money and time.

Ordered a #5 Vito. This sandwich does not come with mayo. They added mayo. This happens often. It’s one thing to mess up a special order, but Jimmy John’s consistently cannot even get their own menu items correct. The cashier was nice.

The state of carry out in our country is in crisis. I get that…But the reality is you can’t be on your phone for a personal call, making sandwiches, mess the order up, take too long, and expect someone to pay $31.00 and be happy about it.There’s a reason no one was in there while the Chipotle and Chik Fi La next doors are slammed.No one wants to pay for over priced subpar food and especially subpar service.

Black specks in my drink. It looks like one month ago someone posted this exact issue and it's obviously not been taken care of....hope I don't get sick. The place also smelled like sewage and they said it was the grease trap. I should have left then.Update: Ended up getting sore throat two days later and hasn't gotten better for 4 days, so had to go to doctor today. Thanks Jimmy John's!!!

The employees at the store are beyond ridiculous when it comes to being sanitary and clean. First off chunks of black moldy substance came out of sprite dispenser. Which even after we reported it they never cleaned. Next after they finished making sandwiches all of the employees got on theirs phones sitting their butts on the counter were they make sandwiches. One had had his finger up his nose the other had her hands in her mouth. Then when customers came they jumped down to help them with out washing their hands.I only gave them two stars cause they were friendly even though they are gross.

Ordered two sandwiches, never have I ever received sandwiches that were so thin with so little meat on them, felt like we were eating a pickle and bread sandwich.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s location in three States (OH, IN, and KY). The majority of the time I don’t get off work until about 8pm. I can’t get to the store to order until about 8:40. I go to walk in and the door is locked !! Even the supposed closing time is 9pm. I would fire the store manager and the entire crew. Temporarily close the store until I could hire ALL new people. This store is pathetic !!

Manager had a breakdown on the phone after she was rude and condescending when I asked why my food didn't arrive after a hour and a half. They overwork 1 driver by giving them 6 to 7 orders and expect people to be okay with that. Completely unprofessional on the management side of things. Employees were way more understanding and respectful. Still waiting to be refunded since I refused the order. Don't EVER order delivery until they fix there issue with lack of drivers.

Complete garbage. 12 past orders with zero problems but it's been over an hour and a half and they still can't manage to find anyone to deliver my order. Don't offer a service you can't provide. I'd cancel the order but that would entail actually you answering your phone. NEVER AGAIN.
