Overpriced, Minimal Meats & Poor Customer Service!!!A break down:Customer service: I’d give it a negative 5 if allowed. A new customer like me who was trying to ensure a correct order for my children, well, forget it! They are to focused on “speed “ that quality and and sandwich changes are near impossible.Sandwich Assembly: forget it!!! As I was placing the order all I could see was the bread sliced and Mayo; me, I like my sandwich assembled as “I watch” so I can see the concern and quality; NOT here; it’ll be a guess that it looks right and has all ingredientsProtein and Garnish: who knows if it’s fresh that day or wrapped up from day before!!! The one bit of “pork “ looked like subway prepackaged garbage.At least Jersey Mike it’s cut fresh while YOU watchThen I did ask for two giants and two chips and at the end there was only one bag chips so I had to “pay” $1.89 for the second bag; there mistake Because of that “speed “ mentality!!!I asked for extra Mayo and had to debate over two additional packsPackaging: sandwiches looked thinner than a Walmart premade sandwich; certainly no where like a decent sub from Jersey Mike!!!!$35.87 + $1.89= $37.76 for two giants and WAY OVERPRICED!!!! For skinny sandwiches of unknown quality until you get home and unwrapOn other hand, Jersey Mike’s you know it all before you leave because It’s made FRESH BEFORE YOUR EYES!!!

I jumped over to this store right after checking out wandering monsters breweries opening night. Right as I got to the door I realized it was 9:00 PM and they were pretty much locking up but the guy and girl working were super nice and accommodated me so well by making food and allowing me to get an order in, even though I was a minute or two after closing. It’s great to see there’s still good service around and people that care and are super nice. The manager of this restaurant should give a bonus to those two working tonight because they really made my experience great where as I’ve been turned down many times when it’s close to closing time. Thanks again, team!

Boooo!! Put this >> NO ICE PLEASE IN DRINK << in Delivery instructions. Still got ice. More than half the drink cup was filled with ice. Delivery driver was apologetic. Service was fast. Food was as expected. ORDER WAS STILL WRONG.

Freaky fast was always their moto but this place is freaky slow. The reason I order jimmy John's is to get something faster than most places but look at the pics I'm uploading. It took a whole hour for me to get my food delivered 3 minutes down the street. I would have went myself but since I was at work and the only manager in yea this was disappointing

The food is awful. The tuna shouldn't be eaten by anyone. The staff is awesome with exception to the owner. Hes a cheap money hungry "Buisness" person.He doesn't care about his workers at all. He only cares about making money.Just don't go to this location or the one in Amelia.The quality reflects the owner and they are both awful.

That it's like the tuna I got a sandwich in it was like it was out for a month and the cheese was so rotten it was way too disgusting and the mayonnaise is like someone dig their dirty fingers in it like they didn't wash their hands in like 2 days and the bread was so cold it's like they had it out since midnight and then after that I got a lemonade out of the soda machine and it was warm way too warm like they left it out for a week and a half never come back and you know I should go to I should go to Subway for now on

App aloud us to place the order at 8 o'clock and apparently that's when they close. App said our order was ready for pickup so my wife went to get it and the person inside just stared at her. Charged our card the next day even though we never received our order...great customer service. Call the next day after they charged our card and said we would have to take it up with the GM. They can have my $16 order, it's Jersey Mike's for us here on out. Terrible
