Amanda and the crew are amazing and my sandwich was perfect
Darren made all 3 of our sandwiches incorrectly. When I called, not only did he not apologize, he told me all they could do is to remake it and have us go pick it up— I have to spend MY gas money in this economy, drive to you, no refund, to pick up the sandwiches I ordered in the first place? He also said that these sandwiches already have certain ingredients and only additions can be made— this is not true, as we have ordered from this location multiple times before with no issues. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Multiple times have ordered delivery and had to cancel it because they were over an hour late, and when I called the food hadn’t left the store. I understand things can happen, but I’ve never had an on time order from this store and they never call to let me know or take accountability.

Waited inside the store for about 20 minutes before someone came out from the back to take my order and then was informed that she didn’t have any bread ready to make my sandwich. Awful experience. It was the manager lady and she was rude as well, the new hire was nice tho!

Ordered for delivery today and it was delivered MUCH later than it was supposed to. This has happened multiple times now that I won’t be going here any longer. It’s unfortunate they can’t follow through with timing. I have 30 minutes to eat lunch and when the delivery shows up 25 min late, that’s a problem.
When I call to talk to a manager, they are not helpful. I’m told that they can’t control it and it just must be a busy time. Unacceptable.
My colleague actually made the comment how Jimmy John’s has become Freaky Slow - complete opposite of their slogan. It’s true.

Unfortunately this place is losing the plot. Not a great look to spot the team in their food prep aprons smoking cigarettes outside, nor was the service what you would expect from even a fast food operation. Slow, and not polite or customer friendly. Food also caused stomach issues for my family so beware! Hop on over to one of the fine neighboring food establishments if you’re hungry and looking to be respected in addition to remaining in good health.

Wrong order received again. And almost always a 40 minute delivery
Ordered food at 6:23 food was out for delivery at 6:49. Here is it 7:49 and food is still not here. Called 1st time at 7:10 and young girl stated the driver left with 8 deliveries and it should be there. Called again and the same young girl who stated she was the manager said it should’ve already been there. I asked if she could remake it and we would pick up and she said she cancelled the order and it will take 3-5 business days for a refund. Totally unprofessional and I will never order from there again!
I notice that this store may need to have racial tolerance to be taught. This young black girl is sweet. I watched white employee call her aggressive. Clearly the would not listen to her about my order. To busy shame beating her .

The workers at this place are nothing but incompetent. It’s frustrating having to repeat the order a million times for it to still be wrong. Staff is too busy talking to each other. Never seen people work so slow. When the line is out the door.

Always a cluster f, one lady is baking bread while 6 people are waiting on their orders. At elast these two arent rude and annoyed but ive never seen a staff work so slow consistently. Always refret coming back in here.
After my interview with Kevin he said to come back Tuesday for training. He didn’t show up and canceled my training day. He’s avoided me since with excuses for months. They’ve hired a boy on the same day I had my interview telling him he can start tomorrow. I believe Kevin is apart of an organization and community that’s blocking people from having a job. As this trend continues for me
Was later in the evening when we got there and only 1 employee working at that time. Even with just 1 person, service was fast and correct and she had a smile the whole time.

Destiny and Tyler were so kind and were so welcoming when we came in for lunch. They were patient with us and attended to all of our needs. I am so thankful for their wonderful service and positive attitudes. Our day was made! The food was next level great. You rock!
