No toasted subs for some reason!

If I could leave 0 stars i would. This is the second time in several weeks I have come here and they have been out of bread. Also asked for a toasted sandwich and they did not have a toaster. If you want regular bread for your sandwich I try anywhere else.

This has got to be the worst Jimmy John’s in the country. Everyone “working” there is overpaid, that says a lot. The last time I ate there I got food poisoning. Don’t eat here.

I put in an online order, but when I arrived the store was locked. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to return, I decided to leave and try my luck with customer service.

I still have not received any kind of compensation for the money and time I wasted.

I order from this location thru DoorDash all the time. I always think they’ll get it right the next time. NOPE. 3 times in a row I’ve ordered a TOASTED SUB and 3 times in a row they have failed to do so. they cannot toast a sub for the life of them. Like I think it would actually kill an employee to toast a sub. I have been unsatisfied every time I’ve ordered because nobody knows how to toast a sub! Pay attention to the instructions. I expect a manager to reach out, I would love to chat.

Would have left 0 stars if possible. Ordered online for pickup. Arrived 15 min later at store. Was told they were “out of bread” and it would be 45 minutes. Why would you still be taking orders if you couldn’t make them? Why didn’t you call me so I could have ordered from another store? Zero interest in customer service.
