This place is fine normally and especially if I am personally picking up, however, I have ordered delivery to my office the last two times and the food has just been dropped off in the lobby on a random Table. Last time I just thought “hmm I was notified that it was out for delivery but seems to be taking a while (the store is almost literally across the street)” and just decided to go look in the lobby (because believe it or not this has happened to me a few times for other JJ orders at my office in Columbus) and there it was! Today I asked that they call/text. I got a silent ring that I actually tried to pick up immediately but it went to voicemail (not my doing) and the next thing I know I get a text with a picture of my food on the table again. This is terrible customer service. Anyone walks in that lobby. I can understand if I am making you wait a ridiculous amount of time to come and get it but this is a small office… but I never get a chance to do even that because it’s just left for anyone to come get it!

I generally love JJs, I'm corporate trained and have worked at 7 stores for a total of ~6 years. So I'm not just a Karen with a pointless 1 star review. Believe me when I tell you this place does NOT have it together. I've been here 5 times and they've done a good job once. I'll save you the ramble but the food is fine, they just have no sense of urgency and very little situational awareness at this store. They've had me wait a half hour for a single little John on multiple occasions and I'm just fed up with them. The latest visit I watched as 5 people who both ordered and arrived after me were served while I sat around. As I sat in their booth for a half hour I also witnessed their line mess up two other people's orders including a cater. I ended up just walking out without even receiving my order. If this was a one time thing, I wouldn't care, but the fact this is the third time made me pretty pissed. I won't be returning and I'd recommend you don't go either unless you have at least 45 minutes to spend. I also absolutely WOULD NOT give this place a catering order. It won't be timely and even if it is, it'll likely be incorrect as the one I personally witnessed was.
Can’t say anything bad about this place! Every time I’ve been the food was delicious! Lots of fresh meat and veggies and then that famous Jimmy John’s bread😘! I just love their bread! Service was great always greeted when I walk in the door! Great rewards app! Restaurant always clean and smelling good!
