Found this spot near the river and the stadium in a cute blocked off pedestrian street No parking close but we were walking downtown! Quick and FRIENDLY service from TAYLOR. She greeted us and gave fantastic service. Very kind southern hospitality you usually don't find out of the south. If not for the good food would still come back for spectacular service like hers. Wish there was more fast food employees like her!

THIS PLACE IS PHENOMENAL!!!! I don't usually leave reviews but I felt I'd be doing this place a disservice by not doing one. There chicken and waffles with the ellas fav sauce is to die for. If you locally by crest view hills, triple crown, beach wood, Erlanger/Elsmere, or anywhere else near one of the two locations you'd be doing a major disservice to yourself by not getting some of this amazing food. Please just once there house made soda is unreal.

My service was slow. The young lady that took my order was sitting in a chair. It took more than 25 minutes to receive my food. My food was less than luke-warm when received. My quality of service and food was very poor. This restaurant a step above horrible.

This place is so good. Thick juicy chicken tenders. Plenty of options. Even the grilled are thick and meaty. Super kind staff too! Short walk from the office buildings down town.

my family and i went here before a reds game. it is super close to the stadium which is nice but it was VERY busy before so there was an hour wait for our food. but the food was so yummy. we all got chicken tenders but different spice levels and there were no complaints. the skinny fries are amazing. i would go here but only if there wasnt a game going on!!
Wow!!! Ordered some big tenders and big wings. The chicken was awesome, very tender and juicy. The wings were much bigger than expected. Tried with the tweener heat level which was the perfect level of heat. It made my nose run a little. You could start to feel it but wasn't overpowering. Side orders were green beans with bacon, mashed potatoes with gravy and mac & cheese. Our favorite was the green beans. They were bacony and delicious. We'll definitely visit again when in the area.

My friends and I had went to joellas for the first time ever and had a great experience. My food was a little cold when it arrived but Taylor had addressed the issue and made sure that we were all satisfied with our orders. Overall the food was great love the atmosphere.

Joellas is just the best. Taylor really took great care of me and my children. We have several dietary restrictions and she knew the menu inside and put. The fries are absolutely delicious! The tables were clean. Also the bathrooms were sparkling and I could tell had been freshly cleaned. Joellas is a place for family and friends alike to enjoy a meal.
