My service was slow. The young lady that took my order was sitting in a chair. It took more than 25 minutes to receive my food. My food was less than luke-warm when received. My quality of service and food was very poor. This restaurant a step above horrible.

This place is so good. Thick juicy chicken tenders. Plenty of options. Even the grilled are thick and meaty. Super kind staff too! Short walk from the office buildings down town.

Wow!!! Ordered some big tenders and big wings. The chicken was awesome, very tender and juicy. The wings were much bigger than expected. Tried with the tweener heat level which was the perfect level of heat. It made my nose run a little. You could start to feel it but wasn't overpowering. Side orders were green beans with bacon, mashed potatoes with gravy and mac & cheese. Our favorite was the green beans. They were bacony and delicious. We'll definitely visit again when in the area.

My friends and I had went to joellas for the first time ever and had a great experience. My food was a little cold when it arrived but Taylor had addressed the issue and made sure that we were all satisfied with our orders. Overall the food was great love the atmosphere.

Joellas is just the best. Taylor really took great care of me and my children. We have several dietary restrictions and she knew the menu inside and put. The fries are absolutely delicious! The tables were clean. Also the bathrooms were sparkling and I could tell had been freshly cleaned. Joellas is a place for family and friends alike to enjoy a meal.

Ate here after a Red's game and they were short staffed and doing the best they could to keep things running well. The food was amazing, and the staff was doing their absolute best to make sure everything was right! Couldn't ask for better! Amazing food. Amazing service.

Look, the food we got was pretty tasty. But we were missing a couple of sides and the chicken came in boxes that can be marked for what heat level there are - but they weren’t, so we played heat roulette with who’s was who’s. Of course by the time I got back to our lodging & discovered the errors they were closed, so this is my only recourse. I can’t say don’t try it - it’s pretty yummy (though not as good as Hattie B’s) but double check your order for accuracy

The jumbo tenders and Mac and cheese at Joella's Hot Chicken was fantastic! Chicken was packed with flavor and the 3 tender meal was a super generous portion. My beer was a steal and it was a perfect meal before the Reds game. Super friendly staff! Highly recommend!!
