There were 5 of us in our party. She brought 3 of our orders. 10 minutes later 1 more and the 15 minutes later the last order. The bourbon chicken special has more onions than chicken.

Shrimp and broccoli dish was a super delicious selection. Fresh, hot, and the shrimp were on the larger side. The vegetable egg rolls were so good as well. However, prices are a bit high, but I can deal with that for quality food. Customer service wasn't the best either, I felt unwelcome and rushed. The only reason I won't go out of my way to return.

Our first time there and we were impressed. We love Moo Shu and they offered the options. My husband has the beef and I had the pork. Both were packed with flavor and we really enjoyed them. The dumplings were amazing. Great flavor and they were seared perfectly. We will be back.

Johnny Chan feels like a family-owned business in a fantastic neighborhood. …. Quiet, clean, prompt and inviting. The prices are very reasonable and portions generous. It’s one of the few places where you can actually hear yourself and others talk. Love that! … My only suggestion is giving the decor a makeover. Fresh paint and an inviting Asian theme in the restroom.

We had a 7 pm reservation. Ordered an appetizer an hour later they told us they were out of it. Them brought ice cold spring rolls. Our dinner arrived 90 minutes later and they forgot my husbands meal, which he never got. No apology or discount offered at all.

Among the best Chinese food I've ever had. Easily on par with Chicago and NYC Chinatown, and for so cheap compared to those two!! Huge portions, we have so many leftovers, enough for another meal for each person. Clean, good service, and they have a bar. Lots of GF options, and tasty vegan/vegetarian options. This is a great restaurant for the whole family! And they have a small healthy section for your people who need less sodium/low salt. My husband talked about this place and it did not disappoint!Vegetarian options: Section with good vegetarian option! Very tasty.Dietary restrictions: Good gf options!

So I love there food anyways. Scallion Pancakes are my favorite thing from here and everything else is really solid. This experience made me want to leave a review. I went in and put in a order to go and was short a dollar and the lady taking my order told me not to worry about it. A lot of places don’t do that. I’ve had chain restaurants make me go back to my car for less. My point is the Customer service is top notch. the foods good you won’t be disappointed and the staff is pretty friendly and great customer service!!!

Honestly this was the longest wait for dinner I have ever had at a normal sit down restaurant. They are extremely understaffed. The food is fine, but 2 hours is insane. Also the dishes came out haphazardly with no rhyme or reason. Maybe for carryout or lunch it would be better but as a dinner service it was unacceptably bad.

Terrible service! Many people who came in after us got their food. Then they brought the dishes out separately with a good 10 minutes between. My sister was pretty much done with her food by the time mine came out. I think in total it took almost an hour for four of us to get our food. The food was OK but mine was bland. The prices are ridiculous. I paid $20 for shrimp and broccoli because I added extra onions to which they charged me four additional dollars. Price on the website said the cost was around $13 for the dish but in reality it is $16. That's $20 without even a drink or tip added in! ( I drank water). Never again. I can pay half of that for excellent take out food. The only good thing about Johnny chance was that excellent buffet they used to have. And that's gone now. Do not recommend this restaurant.

First time came in this place and had the dinner with my friends last night. Definitely was the great experience with that male server. Not just the friendly service and good communication, but also the dishes, Eggplant w/garlic sac, Mapo tufu , Singapore rice noodles .. he recommended .Were so delicious and impressive. Great job!

Sad to say terrible service. Unattentive staff. One was very rude when I tried to ask a question. Food is not coming out together. Other tables were having the same issue. Been coming here for 20+ years, used to really like this place. Not sure if we are going to come back. Sadly.
