I have gotten the fried pork chops the last couple of times I went here, simply because I was satisfied the 1st time I had them. But that 2nd time? No ma'am. So I figured, it was an off day, let's try them one more time. They were worse than the last time. I was so disappointed. Over fried, super dry/tough. The cabbage n greens mix was good, but for $20 ?? I don't think I'll be back for awhile. I've tried the beef ribs and they were tough. The mac n cheese had no flavor. So Idk who's doing the cooking anymore, but something damn sure is lost. Blessings to them tho. They are good people, and i haven't tried everything on the menu. So go judge for yourself.

I enjoy eating at just cooking BBQ it is a very clean and comfortable environment they have pleasant customer service and the food ohhhhhh my goodness the food 😋 is soooooooo delicious you will not be disappointed 😋 and if you don't believe me stop in and check it out for yourself.

I was very disappointed in the food. I ordered the cube steak with rice, and macaroni and cheese with cornbread. The steak was very tough and the macaroni and cheese had a very government cheese taste. I hate to say just keep on driving.

I’m visiting from out of town, it’s my first time here. The food was really really good and I loved it. I got the rib meal.
But the lady giving out the food was mean. She had a hat and a lip ring and acted like she didn’t want to be there. I’ll come back for the food, but not for her attitude. Please be nicer.

The food was outstanding — fresh, well-seasoned, and clearly made by someone who actually cares. Easily the highlight of the visit.
Unfortunately, the service was terrible. The lady handing out orders — wearing a toboggan, glasses, and a lip ring — was rude, impatient, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. No greeting, no courtesy, just attitude.
It’s disappointing when great food is paired with someone who seems completely uninterested in basic customer service. I’d come back for the food, but not for the experience. Too bad they didn’t know I was a secret shopper..

Quick & delicious! The smoked wings were kind of small but super meaty. The pork bbq was amazing & the sauce was incredible. A side of potato salad, also delicious, made the amazing meal complete.
