The food was good I purchased 2 5 dollar meals I gave them a 3 for service because I had to ask for condiments n the server was acting like I was asking for her products n seem to me like she really didn't want to share the merchandise n I'm a paying customer I went inside to purchase my food but it was a take out.

the food was good, but the chicken straps seemed on the small side and service was not the best. stopped in to order some food for some family members that had been at cincinnati children's hospital up the road and initially pulled up to the drive thru to order. when we told the ppl at the window what we wanted was told that the drive thru wasn't working and we had to come in. so we pull around to the front of the building and walk in. walk in and place our order. proceed to watch as no less than 5 to 10 ppl pull thru drive thru, ordering food paying and getting their orders from the drive thru window.

The food was the best part of the experience and that even gave my family a stomach ache. I haven't had KFC in years and I see why now. My cashier made me feel uncomfortable asking for anything,but another employee came through and made up for her behavior though. Thanks lady! I didn't get my honey packets though lol.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and I believe they have a kids menu as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes you can have access with a wheelchair.
Always running out of food, don't come even 2 hours close to closing they will not have anything or it will be a 30 minute wait. Gives the tiniest pieces of chicken

If an ZERO is possible, I'd rate it. The French fries is the only problem. I went in to get 2 orders of French fries, I asked for fresh. I received them fresh but the only problem was that they had extremely too much salt, or seasoning. 1 bite, and you'd risk getting high blood pressure.
