I dined in with my 2 boys and our nanny for my son’s 8th birthday. KFC was his #1 choice for his birthday lunch! The 3 of them arrived a little before me and ordered, and when I arrived they were happily getting their drinks. A woman who appeared to be a manager took my order and was super friendly and gave me a tip to save a little money with their Tuesday special. When I told her it was my son’s birthday, she made sure to include a chocolate Bundt cake with his lunch. The restaurant was clean and food was great. We order Sunday chicken take out a few times/year from here but I’ve never dined in. This manager really made our experience a really positive one and you could tell she had a lot of pride in her restaurant. We will be back!!!

I went to 3945 Red Bank Rd. I gave a very simple order but they could not communicate to save their lives. They all kept telling me different things. And to top it off, they shorted me a piece of chicken so I had to go back through again. The manager tried to blame the new guy for it because it's his first day, but I could see that she was standing there watch him make the order. This kind of sloppiness, dishonesty, and refusal by your manager to take responsibility is unacceptable. It will he a very long time, if ever, before I go back there again.
