I dined in with my 2 boys and our nanny for my son’s 8th birthday. KFC was his #1 choice for his birthday lunch! The 3 of them arrived a little before me and ordered, and when I arrived they were happily getting their drinks. A woman who appeared to be a manager took my order and was super friendly and gave me a tip to save a little money with their Tuesday special. When I told her it was my son’s birthday, she made sure to include a chocolate Bundt cake with his lunch. The restaurant was clean and food was great. We order Sunday chicken take out a few times/year from here but I’ve never dined in. This manager really made our experience a really positive one and you could tell she had a lot of pride in her restaurant. We will be back!!!

I went to 3945 Red Bank Rd. I gave a very simple order but they could not communicate to save their lives. They all kept telling me different things. And to top it off, they shorted me a piece of chicken so I had to go back through again. The manager tried to blame the new guy for it because it's his first day, but I could see that she was standing there watch him make the order. This kind of sloppiness, dishonesty, and refusal by your manager to take responsibility is unacceptable. It will he a very long time, if ever, before I go back there again.

An interestingly configured lot. It makes it seem like it's carry out only, because the building is surrounded by the drive through lanes, and the parking lot is kind of down the hill and off to the side. So, they probably get a lot of carry out business. There are a lot of weird things about the way the Red Bank business districts were laid out that are not the fault of the businesses themselves. But the food and service of this KFC were spectacular. Order, and by the time I drive around, it's ready! Can't beat it for hot, fresh food that's ready when I needed it.

I went through the drive thru to try their new saucy wings. I was overcome with flavor, barely tasted the chicken. Not good. But the service and polite demeanor of the staff was amazing. I'll come back and try something else. Maybe KFC can make me a full time customer again. Maybe.

Wild night I just had a kfc employee claim to put 3 pieces of chicken in my box however in all actuality i only had 2 it would have been ok had the lady just corrected the situation instead of trying to make to make me look like I was making up a story for 1 piece of chicken nobody driving all the way from they home to claim they short 1 piece of chicken then wait for money to be loaded back on they card get it together I just don’t understand being lied on but what goes around comes around I just took my 5 star review back 1 of the few you had

Tried to order carryout 30 minutes before closing, but they "only had a few pieces cooked" and they weren't cooking any more. They REALLY closed at 9pm or so, regardless of advertised 10pm closing time.

The sauced chicken nuggets were almost cold and the size of the nuggets were ridiculous. You can't call those nuggets. Some of it was batter counted as a nugget. My wife's chicken tenders were almost cold and the color of the breading/batter was off. Like it was old or fried twice. Only thing hot was the fries. We visited the drive thru during the lunch hour so we figured it would be fresh. What happened to KFC!! Used to be my favorite.. Needs new management here maybe..
