The guy at the counter put in 3 chicken sandwiches when I ordered 3 tenders. When I questioned him he fixed the order but would not check the charges and threw my receipt away while repeatedly saying I ordered sandwiches. I even had a written list from my wife which he also threw away before the manager came over. Piss poor customer service and no help from the manager.

Placed a pickup order on the app. It was confirmed, marked cooking, and then ready. I went to pick it up and they said they were out of sandwiches. I asked if they could cancel the order and I got cussed and told they have nothing to do with it. They told me to contact customer service which is impossible. They wouldn’t give me a refund for not having the food. Why accept the order and make me drive out there if you don’t have any food?!

Every time I go there’s a long ass wait for subpar food. I sat in the drive thru for 10 mins, being the only one there. The chicken is either cold or pasty, mine was both. They never have original and will still give you crispy if they do. The Mac and cheese they gave me was sitting all day and dry as all hell, same for the mash. 17$ for this crap. I was gonna drive back and get a refund but it’s too far out of the way. I tell myself never again every time I go but think this time they’ll get it right.
I’d pay to relocate this specific KFC to the Middle East just to see Israel level it.

I actually like kfc but, this location Service is terrible they always mess up orders, give you stuff you didn’t ask for and food be dry overcooked and taste bad. Wouldn’t recommend at all not this location.
The staff is friendly enough and the food is fine, but every time I come here, the wait times are crazy.

I stopped by today, and after waiting 10 minutes to place my order (with no one else in line in front of me) they told me they have nothing from the Taco Bell menu, no Original Recipe Chicken and just 3 extra crispy menu items. This is the 4th time I've gone there, when they don't actually have food to offer. It's unacceptable. I worked for a KFC/Long John Silvers combo location for 5 years, and even the first day we started serving both menu selections, we managed to be able to serve at least something. If this was the first time, second time, or even third time, in a short period of time, that would be one thing. But this is the fourth time over the last year and a half. I've given them plenty of chances and it has gotten progressively worse over time. If a location can't offer over half of the menu, either due to staffing or supply issues, they should just close. It's embarrassing to the Yum! Corporation as a whole, and to Northside. This location would serve the area much better as a different restaurant. Honestly, it would be better of for the community as an abandoned building. At least then, it wouldn't create a traffic flow situation with the disappointed potential customers it can't satisfy.

My bf ordered chicken Littles hers were terribly burnt. However my 2 soft tacos and Cinnabon bites were Terrific!!
