The manager at this location is extremely unprofessional I was publicly humiliated and embarrassed by the manager of this location and his team due to the KFC team giving my food order to the wrong customer instead of them taking accountability the manager rudely started shouting at me telling me it was my fault and I gave my food to another customer. For some strange reason they don't put numbers on the receipts so that the customer can know for sure that their order is present on the counter and they also don't go buy a name system a customer is just supposed to assume when their order is up on the counter the crazy thing is I place my order before the person that took my order and he ordered with another man so they should have known that his order was not before mine I was walking up to the counter but by that time the man was already going through my bag which is now a health concern if the KFC workers had any common sense they would have known this especially the manager I'm sure they all took a food safety class before they were employed there but everyone somehow became ignorant when it came to my order. After embarrassing and humiliating me and being unprofessional the manager also refused to refund me my money and continue to become argumentative he told me that I won't be getting my refund from him. I can tell he spreads a wild disease of disrespect at this location all he had to do was professionally apologize and remake my order he even had one of his co-workers get a little attitude just because they put coleslaw in my bag when I originally ordered potato wedges her attitude was unnecessary and unwarranted all she had to do was correct the mistake but due to the way the manager acts it makes sense that the employees would act the same. I did record the altercation of course the manager was being ignorant and saying that he didn't care that he still would have a job he shouting and talking loudly while trying to help other customers being unprofessional and very arrogant in his ego telling me that I'm racist towards my own kind because I was calling him out for being ignorant and unprofessional towards his own kind and letting him know that he is the problem within our community within the black community being unprofessional ignorant for no reason when he had one job to do be professional and just correct my order smh but for some strange reason he doesn't seem to get that message he really believed that he was in the right and that is truly sad and scary it's really a shame that you all have someone like that over one of your locations I will be filing a complaint with the health department and any other departments that I can file complaints with against this manager and I also will post this to wherever I can post it to with photos and videos he needs to be exposed

When I came to get my door dash order they had me park in a fire lane and I asked them if I could move to a different place because I didn't feel comfortable being in the fire lane and they told me just to wait there that is super unprofessional

After waiting in the parking lot for over 40 minutes, I left with no food. I was treated extremely poorly when I did go in and ask about my order. Zero customer service skills and I can’t rate the food because I never got it.

Horrible experience. There was an argument in the drive thru between customers. The staff was so unorganized they didn't know which order went to which car. I placed my order in the mobile app for a pick up at a certain time, my food still wasn't ready for 20 minutes past my pick up time. Once I got my food and got home (I live less than 10 minutes away) food was room temperature. Spent way to much money here for this to be now the third time I've had a bad experience. The first two I chalked them up as maybe bad luck but for now the third time, makes me think this is a all the time issue this place has.
Guessing I will drive out of my way and go to Norwood KFC.

Extremely bad please use the door dash app with this location. Or the drive threw never park there your vehicle will be towed. Don't matter how long you are there. You could of jus pulled in and parked. And walked in to order your meal. By the time you walk back out your vehicle may be gone or ready to be towed. And their managers attitude sucks and their also in on it

Hands down worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. They're constantly messing up orders and if you do get the order correct it looks like it's very messily thrown together. You can tell that they really don't care about their customers. This place also doubles as a Taco Bell. One time I went there and started ordering things from Taco Bell only for them to tell me that they didn't have specific ingredients to make everything that I was requesting. So I would try to order something else only for them to tell me they didn't have that either. It's seriously felt like they were making it up at this point because everything I asked for they said they didn't have it. So then I switched to KFC items, and wouldn't you guess it they were pretty upset that I was okay with getting KFC instead. They just didn't want to make any food. This place is my last resort because it's close to me. If you do go here check your food before you leave. I would almost go as far as to take a bite of it before you leave. I've gotten some things from there that taste straight up rotten/stale
