Extremely bad please use the door dash app with this location. Or the drive threw never park there your vehicle will be towed. Don't matter how long you are there. You could of jus pulled in and parked. And walked in to order your meal. By the time you walk back out your vehicle may be gone or ready to be towed. And their managers attitude sucks and their also in on it

Hands down worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. They're constantly messing up orders and if you do get the order correct it looks like it's very messily thrown together. You can tell that they really don't care about their customers. This place also doubles as a Taco Bell. One time I went there and started ordering things from Taco Bell only for them to tell me that they didn't have specific ingredients to make everything that I was requesting. So I would try to order something else only for them to tell me they didn't have that either. It's seriously felt like they were making it up at this point because everything I asked for they said they didn't have it. So then I switched to KFC items, and wouldn't you guess it they were pretty upset that I was okay with getting KFC instead. They just didn't want to make any food. This place is my last resort because it's close to me. If you do go here check your food before you leave. I would almost go as far as to take a bite of it before you leave. I've gotten some things from there that taste straight up rotten/stale

Not to be a Karen but 03/2/2025 at 9pm After a couple of minutes of waiting at the counter for a dash order a woman in a red hoodie working behind the counter had a bag ready, without even making eye contact she asked a question and I noticed the name on the bag wasnât the name for the order and I said âOh, actually this is forâŠâ and then she aggressively goes âI wasnât TAlKING to you.â because I didnât know that another dasher was behind me. I never complain about workers because I too work in customer service but I would NEVER speak to a anyone like that customer or dasher.
The guy at the counter put in 3 chicken sandwiches when I ordered 3 tenders. When I questioned him he fixed the order but would not check the charges and threw my receipt away while repeatedly saying I ordered sandwiches. I even had a written list from my wife which he also threw away before the manager came over. Piss poor customer service and no help from the manager.

Placed a pickup order on the app. It was confirmed, marked cooking, and then ready. I went to pick it up and they said they were out of sandwiches. I asked if they could cancel the order and I got cussed and told they have nothing to do with it. They told me to contact customer service which is impossible. They wouldnât give me a refund for not having the food. Why accept the order and make me drive out there if you donât have any food?!

I placed a pick up order online. When I got there they were very busy but attending to their customers. They were kind, polite, courteous and caring. I left thinking wow, this is excellent customer service. And, my food was hot and delicious. Thank you KFC.
