Food is trash, employees are rude and have nasty attitudes, they never have what is needed to make the meal you request, they wouldn't let my 5 year old son use the bathroom ?, and then when I went in they had the homeless cleaning up for food (not always a bad thing but come on now). I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Every time I go the food is trash and something is wrong with it.

This is got to be one of the worst restaurants I've ever ate at go through the drive thru they tell me they don't have no chicken it'll be 55 minutes only thing he's got chicken strips so I said okay give me a three piece chicken strip I get home and the chicken strips look like they've been sitting there all day and they were burnt and cold I would never eat this place again it don't even deserve one star

I still have my receipt waiting for a manager or customer care representative to respond. I had a horrible experience. My son & I had a wonderful day and decided Taco Bell sounded good for lunch. We were in the area so we went to this location. The stares and comments were terrible from the beginning. I wanted to leave but my son insisted we stay. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Atmosphere was terrible. I felt like I was hanging out somewhere in the neighborhood. Employees were not what so ever mindful of what they were saying & the volume. I asked to use the restroom; that's where an employee has to open the door. The sigh & response I received was un settling. I was informed very rudely if I didn't purchase yet I'm not able to gain access to the restroom. I kindly asked who can I speak with regarding this new rule for the simple fact our food would be sitting in the mean time. They would not give me any information on who I can contact. In fact i had one employee keep yelling threats from the back. I reminded them all this terrible behavior they displayed would be included in a review & I would be contacting a supervisor. Moving on our food was horrible. From the soft Taco shells being hard and stale. The lettuce was brown you could tell it was lettuce was left uncovered & unattended. Barely any cheese. Our cheese dip for nacho fries was limited. Upon contacting customer service I haven't received any response. Absolutely no one will take accountability and fix my order or accommodate another one. I hope everyone else's experience is better than mine.

It's a 25 minute wait just to order, they don't read their tickets, so no matter what way you order, you must eat what they give you. If there's an issue, they refuse to credit or refund and make you drive 20 minutes back to their location just to show them how they messed up. The big manager in black and white is rude and confrontational. I give zero Stars if I could.

Dartgame 340

Fell for the 8 hot and spicy wings for 4.99. Of course, when you make it a combo it's 10 bucks. If a couple split these for a little extra on top of their combo meals it would be ok though. They are pretty spicy and you sure need a drink. But the fries is the combo aren't much good. I think I'll just stick with the bowl deal.

Pre ordered for 4pm on a Sunday and it wasn't ready when I showed up at four. At 4:20pm I asked again and the girl at the counter shrugged her shoulders and acted like they didn't care. At 4:30pm I finally asked where my order was again and the manager said it got "bumped" whatever that means and that it would be 10 more minutes and he seemed like he was angry that I didn't was asking questions. I had to go as I was already late so I just left. I talked to online support and they took my information and then said they would transfer me to the refunds department but they dropped the call.

The manager and employees are very rude. They was outside smoking weed. They gave me the wrong food and refused to replace it unless I drove 20 mins back to the store with the food. This restaurant needs a prayer!!!!
