Their new chicken strips and fries for 5 bucks is a winner. Original recipe strips were moist not dry. Fries are seasoned excellently.

I typically order on the app and go through the drive through because I just want to go home from work, well, I've come 3 times counting today, the past two times I have never had a problem, today, with not a person behind me in the drive through I was told I needed to come inside, once my order was ready and I collected it, I asked the guy for further details, He said that the drive through was on a timer. As someone who's worked in a place with the timer that said how long we were taking on an order, I knew what he was talking about, but the order I was picking up was not big or small, and no less than 2 minutes after I go in the lobby my food was ready so I think it was absolutely REDICULOUS that I was asked to come in for that. You either need to let up on your employees with that time crunch or if the timers time crunch isn't real tell your employees to do better.
Edit: Got home and started eating, thankfully the plan was to eat at home because there was no plastic ware, and no napkins.
Parking: Few small spaces, another reason it's bs to be told to come inside when there is little to no parking.

online order....got there to pick up food at 8:45. (they close at 11 pm) they said they had not dark meat and won't have any ready for over an hr......not in original or extra crispy???? how do you run out of dark meat knowing you still have 2 more hours to be open???
