Had a pick order. Went inside. An older couples leaving and the guy working helped them to their car and opened their doors and put the man's walker in the back seat. Absolutely amazing young man wish I got is name. Need more people like him.

Stopped by on my way home to get food for my girlfriend, daughter and I, ordered a chicken sandwich meal, kids nugget meal, and a famous bowl. Told me $21 at the speaker but when I got up to the window they said $16, said they rang it up wrong but fixed it. Had me wait for 20 mins in a parking spot. Was on the phone for work when they handed me the phone and didn’t look at the bag. Get all the way home and start pulling food out and realize they just completely took the famous bowl for my girlfriend off without saying anything.

The customer service used to be really good. Now not so much. I was the first one in a restaurant around 2:30 p.m. I ordered from the kiosk because on the cash register it says cash only.i prefer To have someone take my order instead of a computer. Secondly a whole bunch of people ended up coming in within a few minutes and the workers acted like they didn't want to take anybody's order. And a manager walked out to smoke a cigarette and talk on the phone with a lobby full of waiting guests. Took way too long to get my order which was literally two meals. Nobody seem to know what they were doing and just looked lost and clueless. Finally the manager came back in and they started preparing meals and I finally got my food about 15 mins later .There's also a table that is dirty and never been cleaned of the whole time I was there The place has just gone.downhill

Food was great, and hot. But i didn't get what I ordered.
I have always had a good experience from this location as I grab lunch here occasionally. Today I ordered a tender meal with the new Mt. Dew Sweet Lightning Peaches & Cream. When I got back to work, the cup was a solid orange and it had some type of orange residue all over the inside of the cup and lid. It wasn't very appetizing and needless to say it got thrown out. Not sure what was in that cup but it looked nasty.

Be very cautious - the cleaning crew is not changing their mop bucket and the floors in the dining room are incredibly slipper from grease. They're bone dry - not freshly mopped just grease build up creating an ice skating rink.

The ABSOLUTE BEST chicken joint of all the KFCs I've visited in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. This store is super clean and has handed me fresh juicy chicken every time. The employees are 6 and cordial. Service is always quick, and did I mention CLEAN. THIS IS THE CLEANEST RESTAURANT OF ANY FAST FOOD CHAIN IVE BEEN TO IN YEARS.
