Angry combative lazy employees. Yelling at some old guy. Can't even get a to go order ready in less then an hour. Go to popeyes. Way better. They'll be out of chicken too but at least it wont take them an hour and dont seem bothered by customers wanting to order food. Obviously no manager works here

We ordered a large bucket of chicken, 16 pieces. The chicken was extremely greasy and packed into the bucket, so tight that we couldn’t get a piece out intact. The sides were also very small in the biscuits subpar. I would refrain from ordering takeout from this restaurant.

This is the first place I have ever written a review on. Employees were so micro-aggressive. When I was in the store, it was not busy at all and no one was in line to order. As I went up to the cash register, I had to wait around 15 minutes until someone would take my order when it was clear the employees had nothing to do and were walking around the store. When a staff member walked up to the cash register I was at, I started giving them my order and they walked away. During my wait, a man came into the store to pick up their order, and an employee immediately went to him to give him his order while we were still standing there and waiting.
After we got our food, there were more people who came in the store and they did not have to wait as long as we did. They got immediate attention and it raised my suspicions of racism as a person of color.
Going on, I ordered a combo meal that came with drinks and realized that they had forgotten to give me any so I walked back up to the register to ask for it. While I was up there, WAITING AGAIN, (by this time, customers have left the store and it was not busy) I overheard someone in the kitchen saying “They already ordered a combo meal and want more food again!? How much are they going to eat?” when I had not said anything at all. The meal I ordered wasn’t even a lot. I immediately left right after because of how rude they have been throughout my entire time at this location.

Worse experience I have ever had. My order got messed up and was missing half my order. When I called I asked for a refund for the parts that was missing. The manager was rude and unwilling to help. She hung up on me and had a lot of attitude. I would never eat at this restaurant again till that Manager is fired. Worse experience I have ever had.

Service was horrible stood at the reg over 5 mins with out anyone coming to take order then someone asked what we were waiting on guessing a manager responded with i don't know put will be in cooler pulling machine and cheese as they didn't do it funny I though customers would come before other things

The KFC Team along with Jamel/Jemel hooked us up with some good chicken for our 4th of July party today. Food is amazing, service was awesome - these folks all deserves a raise! Thank you for everything - food is dank!

The food was great and the service through the drive-thru was fantastic.
This place is a complete joke. Dead as can be, all out of chicken, wait forever despite no customers in the place or in drive thru. Everyone working laughing, talking, no chicken cooked. It's called Kentucky ****ing Fried Chicken.
