went around 8pm, was told to wait a little, but I didn't mind! the man taking orders was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and got me through the line quickly after. considering what fast food workers have to deal with, I greatly enjoyed my experience. and the food was delicious, even after a 15 min car ride home.

I used my current location on app my order went another restaurant and i showed the cashier that the app placed me at different location and they said they aint trained to handle. Now im out my money and food

I was ordering food inside the store with a couple friends today, the two workers who were working were unproductive and rude to their customers. They told us to leave if we’re not getting anything while we were looking through the menu. As we order food from online to take out they put their bare hands on our food. This is the nasty and gross place. I don’t recommend this place for anyone.
Worst customer service came in and they started asking me why I’m walking to the back. Then as I’m ordering on my phone I see the manager touching the food with bare hands not giving af. Super disgusting! Don’t ever come here

We had the manager this evening tell the cashier to not to take any orders rudely until he got caught up. We were aggravated and waited. We placed our order and he yells we can't make that order since they have chickens bowls and had to wait a additional 20 minutes- if he had better customer service skills this would of been ok. Very rude and inconsiderate with my children standing there. If customer service could please reach out to me

Third time in a row: Walk in. No one waits on me for >/= 5 min. Order chicken tenders meal. After a moment, am told a 4+ min wait for tenders. Why do I keep returning? Beats me. BTW, the music over the in-store audio is deplorable. Definitely not applicable to a "country fried" meal (if it ever shows).
P.S. I know, I know. This is merely a first world problem.
