I have lived near this location for 5 years. Really nice, newer looking storefront and I drive passed this location to go to better KFCs. Makes the service at Popeyes seem 5 star The only consistency in service provided is their incapability to provide service. I completely understand running out of certain specialty items like the pot pies. But to be so mismanaged that you don't even have tenders is a wild concept to me. And if this was the first time I would just chalk it up as a fluke but this has happened enough times to bring to question if denying the first two items ordered is just a part of operation procedures or if the staff is just hoping you leave.

Just finished the order I got. I have never had KFC beforehand so I'm hoping other places are better, but this was very underwhelming. Had the Mike's Hot Honey Tenders, 2 biscuits, and fries. I wish I'd ordered from somewhere else. The chicken had the slightest drizzle of hot honey on it and didn't taste like too much else, not even having a good crunch to it. The biscuits were....weird. Some parts had me worried a tooth would break off before breaking down into mealy bits while others were mushy-soft. The honey sauce did nothing for it. The fries were good, crispy (and warm unlike the chicken or biscuits) and solid, only saving grace here.
TLDR: If you're nearby enough to consider going here, make a better judgement and go to Krispy Krunchy Chicken or Popeyes instead.

Rude for no reason. Very rude. I'm in the service industry and I would never act this way...it seems as if there is no management there. Doors are locked. Makes no sense. By the grace of God my food was actually fresh

This is the worst kfc I have ever been to. They made me wait 6min at drive threw speaker, when I asked if anyone was going to take my order they got rude and told me I would have to wait after waiting 15 minutes got yelled at by manager because they were to busy to take my order. They refused to serve me This kfc needs to be shut down and why isnt anyone in upper management responding to all these complaints is it because they know all the workers here are the worst employees and cant be trained to be polite and respectful. What a shame KFC, your food, and your people should be a shamed of their your selves. Im sure if you got nasty food or was disrespected you would complain too. Also the prices that kfc has on their greasy nasty food isnt worth it. Bye bye KFC Wont ever be back again

I ordered a four piece dinner. Was as easy and clear as I could make it. 4pc , no leg, anything you have to do, but no leg. I ordered an extra Mac and cheese along with my side of mashed and a bottle of water. I got two legs, a wing that was hard to find, 1 breast. All very well done. I’ll think twice before paying 16 dollars for a meal. The guy said he didn’t fill it so it wasn’t his fault. He said I could come back.

When I came to pick up my order the employee yelled at me my order was missing and they couldn't find my order I she is the shift manager. She didn't have a badge on her chest, her name wasn't written. Everything is lying on the floor, it works very sloppily. I do not recommend ordering food here, it is very unhygienic.

I don't normally rate places but this KFC is literally the best place I have ever been to! They were fast great with the customers everyone was working so hard and on task which is hard to find in today's world! Great job guys!

Went through the drive through. Mash potatoes were falling out of the bowl like it was microwaves to long. And no gravy. Also got a two piece and said legs and they didn't even give me one leg
