6pm sat afternoon I ordered a meal on the inside stood at the counter for at least 6 minutes. The entire time I watched the manager make food with no gloves on with rings on her fingers. She not one time washed her hands before approaching the front counter as she wiped her hands on her shirt and asked If I need anything. This was one of the most unsanitary things I have witnessed in a long time. Probably happens more than often but to stand there and watch, I’m appalled. Eat at your own risk ⚠️

Came in around lunch today seemed like the atmosphere was nice went to order my food received my food go to eat it tenders weren’t done!!! Fries were cold biscuit was hard not a place I will return to especially paying 13 bucks for a meal my stomach is still uneasy from this meal!!!

Wasted 2 hours for what I thought was getting my full meal had over 3/4 door dashers try and pick it up they made them waste there time didn’t cancel until the 4th driver and then when my order did finally get picked up they forgot half my food . Biscuits where old and shitty asf chicken and Mac and cheese was alright do better .

I have lived near this location for 5 years. Really nice, newer looking storefront and I drive passed this location to go to better KFCs. Makes the service at Popeyes seem 5 star The only consistency in service provided is their incapability to provide service. I completely understand running out of certain specialty items like the pot pies. But to be so mismanaged that you don't even have tenders is a wild concept to me. And if this was the first time I would just chalk it up as a fluke but this has happened enough times to bring to question if denying the first two items ordered is just a part of operation procedures or if the staff is just hoping you leave.

Just finished the order I got. I have never had KFC beforehand so I'm hoping other places are better, but this was very underwhelming. Had the Mike's Hot Honey Tenders, 2 biscuits, and fries. I wish I'd ordered from somewhere else. The chicken had the slightest drizzle of hot honey on it and didn't taste like too much else, not even having a good crunch to it. The biscuits were....weird. Some parts had me worried a tooth would break off before breaking down into mealy bits while others were mushy-soft. The honey sauce did nothing for it. The fries were good, crispy (and warm unlike the chicken or biscuits) and solid, only saving grace here.
TLDR: If you're nearby enough to consider going here, make a better judgement and go to Krispy Krunchy Chicken or Popeyes instead.
