The lady in the drive thru at night wouldn't add on a drink for me even though she rushed me through my meal selection lol... She never asked if I needed anything else. You would think kfc would want more money When. When I pulled up to the window and told her I needed a drink she told me she was too busy to add it. As a retail manager at leftys who deals with 100s of customers on a daily basis, I couldn't believe the service. She was rude over the intercom and was rushing her self way too bad. The store wasn't that busy and I didn't take up any of her time I had my order ready when pulled up. I honestly don't want to return after this. The food was dry and sub par as well.

What is going on? I have to run the register (kiosk) to place my order! What is happening to customer service? A restaurant that’s self checkout is crazy, using the drive thru was not an option either! It is bad enough that a 12 piece meal is almost $50, then I have to ring it up myself. What’s next, am I going to have to pack it up myself also? Very disappointing!

Was at drive thru at 6:55 p.m. and was told the drive thru was currently closed, no reason given. There were 2 cars sitting at the drive thru windiw. I was told that I could come inside and order at the kiosk but there would be a wait! That defeats the whole purpose of a drive

I did an online order. When I got there. I had to wait 20 minutes for the chicken to finish cooking. I ordered a big box with two breast and wing mashed potatoes and gravy and corn. I did not get my wing and the gravy.was old. The chicken was burnt.
