My mom and I were in the mood for some Chinese food. I’ve driven by Fuji Hibachi & Sushi and this time decided to give it a try. At first it didn’t look open but we walked up to the door and saw someone at the counter. We did a carry out order. Mom got shrimp and lobster sauce with fried rice. Very good food, but sadly understaffed which causes dinner crowds to form and make people wait a while.

Generous portions and fresh ingredients. The service is top notch. If the food isn’t ready when you get there and you’re told 5 minutes, it’s actually ready in by 5 minutes or less.
