Terrible, the food was cold. Not sure how how long it was sitting out. I will never go there again.

I literally threw up. Read the ending. Paid $62 for 2 adults and 2 toddlers, there wasn’t much food out and even the rice was cold. I’ve been here several times before but this time I can say I would never go back. All the tables were sticky, at least the 4 tables we tried sitting at before picking the less sticky one. Me having to ask if they are going to make more of this or that isn’t ideal. It’s not like we showed up 30 minutes before they closed. The stuff I normally eat for instance chicken and broccoli, in the pan there was only maybe one portion in it and seemed like it sat there for a while. My wife wanted more crawfish so I asked if they are making more and the guy standing there on his phone looked up and said “no more”. I did ask the lady for rice since it was cold in the pan so she took my plate in the back to get me some from I’m assuming the rice cooker. That was the hottest item I received. After eating whatever they had that didn’t look like it sat out all day my stomach was turning. I literally walked out of there and felt nauseous. If you walk around the left side of the building looking at it from the road you’ll see where I threw up. I’ve never vomited immediately after leaving a restaurant my wife had to drive home. For the workers who don’t believe this look at the cameras. Paying this much for the little food they had out I wish I would have settled on somewhere else.

Everything is cold or barely above room temp. I see now why they make you pay before you even sit down. 20 bucks a play. I would at least like my food to be warm. Fingers crossed I don't get food poisoning

Food was over cooked or undercooked. I could use chicken leg as a baseball bat but sweet sour pork was tender; so raw batter was runny. Food had general labels your guess if it was spicy, veg, allergens.
Very limited sushi bar, there were 3 types and one was out the whole time we were there.
The cleanest place in the restaurant was the bathrooms, that isn't saying much w overfull cans, sticky floors and 2 stalls open for use.
$20 a person was crazy but presentation upon entering looked nice from door.

Pretty decent place to get some good food. Used to be terrible, old and cold food. But they have changed. It isn't perfect, but its still good. Sometimes I get a hankering for a Chinese buffet and this fulfills that hankering.

COLD FOOD.
Lunch for 2 was $30 BUT there are a lot of choices! They also continuously check to make sure everything is full and fresh.
Parking: Old BW3 location across from Red Lobster.

Some of the food was dried out. There were children running around & playing, touching food on the buffet. I believe they belong to some of the employees. We went on seafood night, so it was pretty expensive, even tho I don’t eat seafood. My husband (who did eat the seafood) also ended up with food poisoning after our visit.

We went on a Saturday, which is more expensive than any other day bc of the seafood options. I don’t eat seafood, but still had to pay the same price. Which is fine. However, there were children running & playing all around the restaurant, touching food on the buffet, that I believe belong to some of the employees. My husband did eat the seafood & ended up with food poisoning that night.
I don't know what has happened but the price has gone up and the food has gone down,so very bad bad. Spent 30.00 on cold food no sushi to choose from. My Son and I almost left drove 50 mints to get there. I'm just so very disappointed. We will not be coming back. Bathroom clean and chicken fingers tasty. Again no sushi to choose from. Just bad . So very sad...

Kids running around yelling the whole time. There is also a sign at the counter that says " You will be charged for any UNEATEN FOOD as well as any food you take home" so if you don't clean your plate you will be charged for wasted food!! I mean of course try not to waste food but it's a buffet and the food was cold! It didn't taste bad just cold. Maybe they were having a rough night. Policy is a bit ridiculous tho.

Please do not waste your money here, the food was nasty and cold. My kids and I are not picky, but we will never eat here again and hope this review is read before coming.
