I’ve had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with Knockback Nat’s that I feel obligated to share, especially for anyone with food allergies.
On multiple occasions, I attempted to contact the restaurant to ask basic allergy related questions before dining. Instead of receiving help, my calls were ignored and eventually screened. I even received a message stating my number had been flagged and the business had chosen not to answer.
At first, I thought I might be overthinking it, but then I called again from a different number. That call was picked up immediately, and the staff member was friendly… until I asked about ALLERGEN information. They hung up without a word. I called back one more time (in case we were disconnected), and shortly afterward, that second number was screened and blocked as well.
It's incredibly disheartening to be treated this way for simply trying to ensure my food is safe. I now fully believe I was screened and blocked solely for asking about allergy-related concerns, which is not only unprofessional, but discriminatory and potentially dangerous.
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, I strongly recommend exercising caution or choosing a restaurant that takes customer health and communication more seriously.

A must stop on my visits to Cincinnati because the wings are FIRE! However on my last two visits they gave and charged me for the celery that I DID NOT ORDER and shorted me a couple of wings. I’ll keep going but I guess I’ll have to count my wings from now on. 🤦🏾♂️

Very cool spot with some of the best smoked wings I've ever had. Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, would highly recommend!
Best wings I’ve ever had. The bartenders provided quick friendly service. It’s a cool location with a dive bar feel. Don’t worry it’s a clean dive bar.

Great place! Wonderful service sitting at the bar with good prices! Food was typical bar food but was done nicely!
The best wings I ever had, just love them. Smoked and sauce on the side which I did try but didn’t need, to each their own. Fun bar, just watch the riff-raff as some young lady tried to get me to give her some money and said her boyfriend was beating her up, total bs. We’ve been a couple times when in town A+!!
