Their is a woman named Amy who tried luring my son away from me in check out two years ago. She would offer him candy while walking away from me while I was checking out. She was asked multiple times to stop and she didn't. Reported her to manager and listened as they said stay away from her and her son. I believe she is a predator the behavior she showed said that I ask 3 times kindly to stop giving my child candy and telling her we didn't know her at all never met her. She has since been promoted. Be careful with your kids around her. Today I said no thank you three times to her checking me out and once again couldn't take NO for an answer. It wasn't my cashier and the cashier even said she said no thanks update they fired the chomo!!! But still have no control over workers, workers in this store feel like they can talk to you however they want when they choose to work in customer service. It either needs closed or everything needs locked up because theft is crazy. Sad to say it's mostly the adults and managers do nothing about it, I told a manager( really big guy ) that there was a bunch of teens eating donuts from the case and putting stuff back nastiest thing I've ever seen in a Kroger and they were still permitted to be there. Remember in the early 2000s when you got took to a back room to wait on the cops why don't we do that anymore? Delhi Kroger is 20 minutes down the road and worth the gas perfect customer service amazing attention to detail, and no soliciting Inside or outside the store.
The store is full of expired products. Beware of shopping here because the staff either doesn't want to do their job or is too incompetent to do it properly. We've learned the hard way that you have to check EVERY expiration or use by date. Meat still on the shelves and being sold over a week after it expired and is rotten. No concern by management that they might be poisoning their customers.
Go to the fruit and vegetable section and every summer you will run into swarms of fruit flies. Doesn't seem to be a problem at other store, I wonder why.
Or just notice that they don't have a deli counter anymore to get coldcuts and cheese. Sanitation seems to be an issue in multiple departments.
They are always out of product need better management
Crowded and often don't have things in stock. The lines are long and most of the time it's difficult to get a good cart. None of this is the employees fault, it's mostly just circumstance. The pharmacy is slow and frequently gives grief about a certain medication they offer at the lowest price around, just because of the nature of the medication. Pharmacists, don't work retail if you're not willing to treat all your customers and their meds without prejudice.
Kroger's lately is always out of stuff and they seem to be closing the regular checkout lanes for self scan and the lines are ridiculous.
I Always love and or don't mind going on down to my local Kroger'$ and grabbing literally all 4 my family's needs and wan r
Shop at any other Kroger instead, they're all better than this one. There were no shopping carts, and the employee I spoke with in the walled office section of the pharmacy refused to help me locate the medicine I needed. They suggested it might be in the open area of the pharmacy, but no it was actually in the walled office section.

They replaced all of their cashiers with self-checkouts... which they consistently have closed. This would never fly in a higher income neighborhood, but whether it's never restocking wet wipes for the carts or making sure their registers are open, Kroger has made it abundantly clear that they gave up on this location years ago.
Self checkout treats you like a criminal then you have to wait for an employee to come do the exact same thing. All while you’re being recorded from every angle possible like a high security prison. I won’t return to this location for groceries in the future.
