They love to mess up your check when you go to Cash and then when you ask for the regional manager something they're supposed to give you they refuse to give it Harley and Nathan are some of the worst managers I've ever seen.

I have a love/hate relationship with the Warsaw Avenue Kroger. It's chronically understaffed, but so is every other Kroger in town. The store is located in a low-income area, but that isn't an excuse for their store management not to care. There was a very large pothole smack dab in the center of this parking lot for several months, but no attempts were made to fill it in. I emailed Kroger's corporate office, and within days they repaired the pothole. Not one Kroger manager could be bothered to reach out to corporate and let them know about the problem? Their selection is decent and their employees are generally very nice, but due to the high rate of theft at this store, any personal care items (shampoo, toothpaste, fem care, makeup, diapers, etc...) must be purchased from a free-standing store within the store. I understand why, but it's still inconvenient. I'm fortunate enough to be able to shop at better quality Kroger stores, but improvements need to be made for those with no other shopping options.

This Kroger is in disarray. I received a NetSpend prepaid credit card as a gift. I tried to activate it and was told that it wasn't activated in the store! I called Kroger and the customer service informed me that it was active. I then called NetSpend again, and they said it wasn't, and to get a refund. I phoned Kroger again. They informed me that if I didn't keep the receipt, or didn't use my Kroger Plus card, there was nothing that they could do to give me my money back even if I brought the car then that was in activated at the store and they said that there's nothing they can do. This is a horrible store.

The worst krogers I've been to.Service desk=obsolete.Security guard= literally just stands all day.Only people I see working are in the produce or deli. No one to ask where something might be.Their tomatillos always suck. Always.
This is a store that Is total chaos. You have a front desk that is slow and unorganized, if they are there at all. My favorite part are the security guards that are always on their phone and night and watching the going on's. Was even more funny is you're greeted by smoke at the doorway quite often because people stand near the entrance smoking. If not that you have five people ask you for money. But now we have wider isles, with us items on the shelves than before. All that so they can have grocery pick up that very few people use in Price Hill

The cashier always has to beg people to bag the groceries ,so i bag them myself. It’s bad. The security officers tell racist jokes ,and the bathrooms are disgusting.They are always dirty.It’s like no one cares about this store.

Shopping at this Kroger for any kind of advertised deals is ridiculous! They never have their Friday/Saturday displays set up when they open in the morning, the staff never has any idea what it is your looking for ("that's not my dept" is their go to response), and management is never available early in the morning. Unfortunately I have been shopping here for years as it is my neighborhood stores and I expect it to be dirty, things are rarely in the right place but the fact that you don't have displays ready at 7 am and your staff has no idea what they are talking about us getting annoying! This morning I can't even tell you how difficult it was for four people to find a teeny tiny display of candy with only 2 options for the flash sale. And being told that that was all the candy that was sent I feel is b********

6:30 on a Thursday evening stopped after work to grab a salad for dinner. No greens out at all. After waiting 10 minutes brought out a pan of iceberg and told me they had no spinach or field greens. If your salad bar is open til 8pm please stock it. Other items were brown and shriveled and some of the fruit looked overly ripe to the point of being bad. The tomatoes were mush. Terrible!
