I stopped here for one item that I will need for my next review and found it easily as the store is well laid out and the stock is in good condition. The parking lot is clean though not exactly easy to negotiate. I wasn't doing a full shop here but the prices I did spot seemed to be decent. Kroger has a customer registration scheme that offers some discounts on items if you're in the program. It's worth it. [Review 18031 overall - 175 in Ohio - 1552 of 2022.]

Is the NCH Kroger in a state of deterioration? I went there yesterday hoping to buy four items. I looked for a hand basket, and found none, and had heard there are none in the store any more. So I decided not to be tempted to buy anything extra, and to just juggle whatever I bought in my hands, though this was one of those rare occasions where most of the smaller carts had been brought back from the parking lot.

I drove my son to Kroger he went in and got some of our groceries I stayed in the car he says it’s quicker if I don’t go in but he didn’t get some of the groceries right I should of went in too

I have been shopping here for over a decade and it has not gotten better. Several times, we would look for certain items, only to find they've "run out" of that item. Under most circumstances, the item would be restocked and available the week after, right? Wrong. If an item wasn't available, it could take weeks or even months before it arrives again. The produce is a not very good. In fact, there have been countless times when we would go to buy broccoli, and the broccoli was "purple". This should NEVER be. Produce should be fresh. I should give credit where it's due: This Kroger location has a Sushi area, Salad Bar, Deli, Bakery and a place to purchase fried chicken. The sushi is very good, but the fried chicken is one of the best as far as Kroger is concerned. Outside of the sushi and chicken, I would steer clear of this particular Kroger.
Its a family oriented grocery store the one's that run the u scan are hilarious keep you laughing and are helpful

I've been going to this Kroger since I moved to the neighborhood about 3 years ago. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. I have gone to the Little Clinic a couple of times and they are great. My only complaint with this Kroger is that I have noticed in the last couple of months that there are very few baggers. The store is just as busy on Saturday mornings as it's always been, but I have to bag my own groceries 9 out of 10 trips. I'm certainly not above bagging my own groceries, but I do miss the baggers. It's hard to keep an eye on the prices being scanned, keep track of your coupons and bag your groceries at the same time. At first I thought the baggers were busy with click list orders, but this location doesn't offer click list yet. I can't imagine they had to make personnel cuts. This location is always busy not matter what time of day it is.

Been going here majority of my life and I tell u this, if it wasn't for the Kroger plus card and the cute chicks I see while I'm shopping, Walmart would have a new customer. Always running out of product and there is never anyone available to bag my groceries at checkout. I shouldn't have to shop at more than one grocery store just to get everything I need. U guys are making too much money to be cutting corners trying to save a buck.

This Kroger isn't bad. Be careful pulling into and out of the parking lot because it's always jammed and busy. Plus get there asap if you see an item on sale. They go so fast the workers can't keep up

This Kroger location has definitely improved over time and I think it has a lot to do with the new management. The store is much cleaner, employees more attentive and helpful, and the quality of the produce section is consistently high. I hope the store continues to move in a positive direction as it's a stable of the community.
