one stop grocery shop never disappointed
Fantastic job trying to keep the store cleaned and stocked during this Pandemic. Was very impressed with the efforts I saw today wiping down carts for the customers coming in and the door handles in the frozen food aisle. Even though many things are still out of stock I know you guys are doing your best to recover from the mass of hoarders that swarmed the store last week. I’ve shopped at this store for over 29 years and will always choose it over a bigger store like Meijer, Walmart, or even a Marketplace store. I enjoy seeing the familiar faces of your friendly staff. Thanks for keeping this Kroger’s a smaller community like store.
I’m am beyond annoyed and disgusted.
Get rid of the moron who suspended the Picture Pony Company. You've just alienated a host of customers. Complaints have been filed.
Great small store usually quick in and out
Pathetic customer service. Forget doing Click List at this location. A page a products that are “out of stockâ€... I looked at the young man who was delivering my click list and told him this is wrong- I guarantee you that all of the stuff is in stock and if it's not in stock I also guarantee you that there are suitable substitutions... from that young man I get deer in headlights. I walk in and do the entire page of shopping to which I found all of the products. I call to

I call to speak with the store manager...he’s not there- ok what’s his name please- “Uh James Vanderbilt, Vanderbrook, Vandersomething...”. I spend upwards to $15-20K per year at Kroger... And what will this post do? Absolutely nothing- oh and my bread is 2 weeks past the by before date. This isn’t my first rodeo with Click List...but it’ll be my last. Gonna check out Meijer. I am blessed and I’m NOT a jerk- just sick of poor work ethics. Merry Christmas!
Great place to shop! Love jt

Won’t be going to this location again.
I had brought about 60.00 of drinks and they had expired there an expiration date on them. And they was as flat as flat can be. I had called Kroger's on Sharon Road by 42 I guess it's Lebanon Road. I spoke with a front-end lady and her name was Kelly very nice lady very helpful. She told me to just bring it all back in and they would give me a gift card for the price of the pop. I asked if I needed a receipt and she said absolutely not it's no problem whatsoever. So this even
They are "always" out of something on my grocery list. Chunky applesauce the last 3 weeks. Ready to bake multi-grain bread again last week. Cooks ham steaks for three weeks this spring. Other Kroger stores usually have the missing items (everybody out of the chunky applesauce). I suspect there is a management problem at this Kroger. Seeya is the only one who has ever followed up on my multiple complaints.
Busy Kroger in downtown Sharonville.
Their beer selection was always worse than most Krogers, but now they've gotten rid of the unrefrigerated craft section and there's no point coming here at all. I'll do my grocery shopping elsewhere.
