Baaaaaad baaaad survice, you guys should check who you put in the front to be cashiers bc i just left the store and the cashier working tonight is an old man with bad attitude lucky this was the only store near by open if not I would've walk out of there! Y'all don't even deserve one star rating!

My boss' birthday was Friday, so I and a colleague wanted to get some birthday cake.I took a break and drove to Kroger. I stopped to get a cake cutter, and they had baked me the best cake one could get. Everyone loved it. Rather than going to Graeters' or Nothing Bunt Cakes, I will take Kroger every day of the week and twice on Sunday. They are excellent and at a good price.

This Kroger is so crappy. Half of the staff are either high or drunk when we get to work. The place looks absolutely disgusting. The managers are all self entitled. They treat the Minor staff workers like crap. And they yell at the staff members in front of customers.

Bins, boxes, and bags, on my! This national chain is an organization lovers dream! On my Cincy visit, I experienced a clean store combined with a speedy and friendly checkout. Highly recommended.

This store processed an order we did not make and as soon as we saw the charge from our bank we called to have them reverse what they did and they said there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service.

The florist was standing at the desk and I made my $40 selection then waited for the florist to box up my floral arrangement. She was nowhere to be found. I left empty handed and went to Oberer's.

This used to be a great Kroger. Full service with a Starbucks. About four years ago they remodeled the store. Must be making it better! Nope! It is now just above what i find at Aldi Foods and Big Lots. Kroger opted for box bins for paper products and many food items. No more flooring. Just bare concrete (classy!). Funny, Kroger didn't lower the pricing. Also, Kroger removed full service checkout lines in favor of the automatic checkout. They still have six full service checkout lanes but one person manning the checkout. That is more than the person(s) supposedly assisting the shoppers in the automated checkout lanes. What a disappointment! We go to the Kroger in Montgomery (Harper's Point). That is a great Kroger. Why did you lower the standards and experience so far in Sharonville?

I'm very disappointed that Kroger's increased the price of Sonders IPA You Betcha to 13.99. I'm going to buy beer somewhere else from now on.

Fantastic job trying to keep the store cleaned and stocked during this Pandemic. Was very impressed with the efforts I saw today wiping down carts for the customers coming in and the door handles in the frozen food aisle. Even though many things are still out of stock I know you guys are doing your best to recover from the mass of hoarders that swarmed the store last week. I’ve shopped at this store for over 29 years and will always choose it over a bigger store like Meijer, Walmart, or even a Marketplace store. I enjoy seeing the familiar faces of your friendly staff. Thanks for keeping this Kroger’s a smaller community like store.
Get rid of the moron who suspended the Picture Pony Company. You've just alienated a host of customers. Complaints have been filed.

Pathetic customer service. Forget doing Click List at this location. A page a products that are “out of stockâ€... I looked at the young man who was delivering my click list and told him this is wrong- I guarantee you that all of the stuff is in stock and if it's not in stock I also guarantee you that there are suitable substitutions... from that young man I get deer in headlights. I walk in and do the entire page of shopping to which I found all of the products. I call to
