manager they either give a solution or apologize. None of them are trained well enough to provide a solution. I am sure the problem exists all the way to the top. Poorly trained manager means weak regional executives.

Everyone had a mask on, 5 people did not cover their nose, two of them were employees. We go at 7:am to be safer. Having rules and enforcement go hand in hand. Some items the price and the cash register did not match, had to go to the front for adjustment.

This Kroger sucks! They never have anything that I need anymore, it's always so crowded, you can't even walk through the produce section or anywhere in the store without getting aggravated. I always have some type of bad experience here. Then to top it off they have the stupidest parking lot of any grocery store I've ever seen. NOBODY wants to come out of the store, after already being annoyed with the experience inside of the store, and push a loaded cart UPHILL to get back to your car.

The click list at Dent Kroger is inept and grossly mismanaged. I checked into my spot at 4:15pm and received my order at 6:00pm. I had only 8 items in my order. I watched rows after rows of cars leave with their orders. I called 3 times asking for a manager. Twice, they came to my car with someone else's order. after driving up to the click list door, the manager comes out and starts the excuses. I was doing my normal Sunday grocery shopping yesterday afternoon when I experienced a very rude delhi worker. I was looking at the meat and cheese in the deli that was placed in the case for customers to grab and go. As I approached the case, I heard the worker say, I’ll restock as soon as I can, she was standing there with more meats and cheeses on a cart.
