JUST SENT TO KROGERS Incredibly troubling that I just called your Mariemont store at 10:14pm to inform your "manager" that I had in my possession a jar of recalled Jif peanut butter. I asked for customer service and a young girl answered the call with a curt "hello". I asked to speak to the manager and she replied she was a manager. I informed her of the recalled product and she repeatedly responded. "We're closed, you'll have to call back in the morning." I'm not in the grocery business but would it not have been prudent to take my name and number and info on the product so God Forbid, the product could be pulled that night. If the product had been pulled shouldn't a manager be able to let a customer know? I'm debating whether to Reddit, YouTube, and Facebook to inform that even when you spend $150/wk with Krogers, you're not valued as a customer....even when you're at risk from poisoning from salmonella from a product your selling!

Absolutely the WORST customer service in the pharmacy department ever! Lied about a policy that doesn't even exist! Was there 2 hours! Never again.
