No matter when you go to Cherry Grove Kroger's they either don't have what you need or what is advertised. Also you better check your receipt because you got screwed everytime you go. Everytime there's always a mistake in there favor or it doesn't take off the sale price or coupons. They use to give you the item free when it was their mistake, but they stopped that because they made so many mistakes and knew they do so screw the customer. I have been going to other stores and buy less and less at Krogers. They spent thousands on the out side of the building just a raise there prices and screw you. Just went today and had to go back and get the $2.50 they made a mistake on as usual it never fails. SO CHECK YOUR RECEIPT if you go to Kroger's.

Worst kroger store ive ever been to! The employees are great but the management there treat them like crap and will be outright rude to the employees right in front of customers. It makes everyone there seem like they hate there life and i dont blame them. This store would be fine if they had better leadership

Wow. While I have never been inside this location, I had a way over the top impressive Clicklist experience here, which is worth telling everyone about! Since the start of the pandemic I have needed to be cautious, so I try to stick to grocery pickup as much as I can. The Krogers closest to my house have been an absolute disaster at this, so much so that I have stopped giving them my business. I try to purchase from other stores or if I know I am going to be in another part of town, I place an order at a Kroger there instead. I dont know why I hadn't tried this location sooner, as its not that far away, and I go to Target next door often. I placed the order online and everything went smoothly. My only out of stock item was a newer one that is a great immunity juice. I arrived to find very little signage on the front side of the building as to where to go for Clicklist. I finally saw that you need to go around the left side of the building to all the way behind it for pickup. I checked in upon arrival and a sweet lady named Mary came right out. She actually asked if I wanted the groceries in the bins in my trunk, which I did (shockingly this never happens). She loaded everything with care. She then mentioned the out of stock item and how interesting it sounded. I told her about it and she said her brother was the manager of that department so she would ask him about it. The very next day she called me to let me know they had gotten 4 bottles in, as it was a new item for them, and that they still had pickup openings for that day. I could not have been more impressed with her high level of service. I think this will be my new pickup go to! Great job!

At the Kroger Pickup location in Mt. Carmel for the first time today. Seems organized but their employees are not observing six feet of social distancing between both other employees and customers. Appreciate all Kroger is doing but they need to play a bigger part an educate their workforce of what social distancing means. I've watched several groups employees talking with each other and they are not keeping a six feet distance when talking.

There seems to be two listings for the same Kroger, so I will leave a slightly different review for both. This is one of the older style Krogers. Size wise, this location is generally small. Still, I feel like I am able to find more of the items I was looking for, as well as better deals than the larger, shinier, newer Kroger down the street. Produce seems to be fresher than the other one as well. I leave here feeling like I got what I needed. Customer service at this location is superior to many other locations I have been to. Not many employees were on the floor. I have yet to see anyone in produce. That may be why the children's free fruit is only filled about half the time. All the cashiers I have encountered have been friendlier than other Kroger locations. We have yet to experience an unfriendly cashier.

Loving this Kroger! Over time I've switched from Mt. Washington to Cherry Grove. There's a slightly larger selection without going full on Anderson crazy. The prices are lower on certain things (especially milk) and the customer service is always friendly. I still occasionally go to the other Kroger's for quick trips but if my weekly haul almost always is from here. AND they have ClickList! Which, aside from getting lost the first time, I've used it and it's always on time, correct order and friendly workers. The pickup is behind the store, to avoid any confusion.

This is the main grocery store that I go to when I need to pick up something quick. They are usually well stocked, and they carry my favorite grocery items. They have a drive thru pharmacy, which is also great! In the evenings, they do tend to close all of the normal registers and just leave the u-scan open (which can cause a small wait if there are quite a few people shopping).

My local Cherry Grove Kroger! I live just right down Hopper Hill now, so this Kroger is a must because it is so close. It's. It not nearly as big as the Newport KY Kroger, but there is definitely a friendly neighborhood feel. The employees working here work very hard to please and really keep the store clean and well stocked. There is always a good selection of fresh produce and a variety of organic brands. The organic milk is always reasonably priced and they carry a wide variety of cage free organic eggs. There is a fun clearance area back by the dairy, and I always find something to grab!!! Lol. Anyway, the parking lot is always clean and free of loose carts and the cashiers and baggers always have something friendly to say.
