I meant No Service instead of slow service. The deli had a sign posted that it was closed due to staffing. The same 2 people were there that are always there. This was at 4:30 PM on a Thursday! Customer service at its best!

the pharmacy staff are suffering from poor job moral. I have suffered rude interactions on many occasions. I was not contacted until after I found out on social media that NP thyroid overdosed my prescription, 2 e.r. visits later and ruined credit, I get a rude girl answering the phone and passing me off to a rude pharmacist who pushed me to the point of paying hundreds more with Walgreens to avoid your toxic employees. kroger will be included as liable for my medical down slide after being overdosed, these rude employees have convinced me that this company needs to not be in any medical realm!

They have no cashiers in the evening, you have no choice but to do self checkout. It took my family over a half hour to check out due to the employee having to fix the register we were using so many times. The stock crew block the isles and aren’t very nice. I’m newer to this area and I absolutely dislike this Kroger and that saddens me. It’s close to my home but I’d rather drive the extra time to avoid the bad service.

Delivery is poor but expensive they give you what ever is on the shelf either they cant read or dont care and you cant return it. No matter how many times you put on do not sub they will. They are taking advantage of people during these times and running up the grocery bill.

You get excused of stealing and when you tell them to refund it all they want to tell you no. Yet all the items were there without any extra items, and they don’t even say sorry. Talked to the store manager and this store believes the have the right take the items from you even if you paid for them.
